Rooms are good , kind of apartment style. You will be charged around 1500 per day. We have restaurants nearby. We may not have the view point as it names like coastal, but rooms are clean,fragrance is so good.

1. Scammer and rude owner, he takes leads from online booking sites and after reaching there while you do checkin he asks to show payment details if we booked room below 1000rs per day then he will charge an extra amount to compensate 1000rs. If you pay that amount through other than cash then again he will charge an extra 12%, even if you do an upi transaction. 2. If you leave the room and come after 2-3 hrs, the room will be filled with baby cockroaches. 3. 1000 rs is not worth there for a room because the hotel is located almost in the outskirts and beach, city and other attractions are far from the location.

Service is good. Rooms are also very clean. No restriction here. For one day 7k for 15 members.

Very affordable. No inhouse restaurant. Very friendly staff. Services can be better. I have seen in most OYO places. After one guest checks out, the OYO hotel staff DONOT change the bed sheets and pillow covers for the new guests. In many OYO hotels I have requested them to change the linen as the bedsheet is always dirty. Atleast when a new guest arrives they can change to fresh linen . As expected if it's OYO hotel than can't expect much of quality in cleanliness. Staff wise they were very good. They obliged to our request and did the needful.

It was a nightmare for us and it's a biggest mistake of mine trusting OYO rooms and booked rooms through OYO. The hotel I booked was not provided to us saying that it's filled up and hotel management had sent me to other property which is 2km from the one I booked. After entering in to room it was completely filled with cockroaches and mosquitoes. Not a very heigeine place to stay in. Tried calling to OYO customer care but had not received any help from the executive I spoke to. It's a worst experience booking through OYO. It's a lesson to me not to book a room next time though OYO. thanks for having such properties in your list and troubling guests like us.

Worst experience. Rooms also dirty They were scamming ppl.. online booking 644 only. They said that not available in that price. That's app glitch. You need to pay extra 800 per room. This is how they were scamming ppl. I was raised complaint against them ..

The area is peaceful Mostly preferred for parties. Couple friendly but not recommended for families. Maintenance could be better Service is ok Food not available but swiggy and Zomato deliverable.

Let me use a 0 star ✨ here. Very very rude behaviour owner. No complimentary water u have to buy. The area is not good surrounded by drainge.

Dont pay extra money and get foole....if in case you have to pay extra money to the hotel people make and online upi pament and escalate it with the prooff of extra payment...once you checked out report these rude guys and get all your booking amount 100% Refund.rooms are quite good but the staff and they demand extra money while you reached the hotel and with intimation they just chekin..Please be smart enough to handle these guys

Hygiene in rooms to be improved.. Not fit for short visit.. For short stay also claiming exhorbant rates without giving any facilities like drinking water.

Location: Very well placed close to Sarpavaram Main Road. Place: Airy, well lit, separate building that hosts this entire Inn. Its an apartment thats transformed into Inn. Room: Basic room with double bed and attached toilet with western comode. Wash basins are too small for humans. Food: You will not get any food facility except Water bottles and some select aerated drinks at the reception. No comolementary water is provided so make your own arrangements. Food can be ordered from online service providers. No restaurants around this place. Hospitality: Not satisfactory at all. Reception area had guests arguing and unhappy most of the time we stayed. Booking are a mess i understood. We had to wait for more than 30mins to get our room after confirmed booking. They charged us extra for Early checkin but no discount for makin guests wait for 30mins after arrival. Unfair decisions made by organizers.

Excellent place to stay and indeed loved the cleanliness of the room. They are well maintained. Rooms are at reasonable prices.

Worst experience. Most unsafe hotel ..not like shown in photos . charged extra after booking room online .. not even provided sample soap ot towel / water bottle . TV is not working . Bathroom was not clean..lot of Mosquitoes in room .. bad bedsheets and pillows . cupboards stuffed with lot of napthelene balls and it smells horrible . pathetic . worst hotel . Not at all recommended for solo/ family.

I was charged rs 300 extra for giving me room.ac was not working in the room so I had to change the room.surrounding hotel was full of drainage. I felt insecure staying with family.

location is ok but it is not good for family or couples only it is good for bachelors, surrounding places with bachelors and there drinking alcohol partys.( staff is good but they are taking pictures couples for proof and , ID proof is ok but that taking pictures it is not good not convenient for couples) room or very small, And outside of room Anyone can drink The three rooms are combined with hall in one room.( Staff and everything is good And breakfast and food delivery everything is good but the location is not convenient for ,Family are couple but had to choose another one If you are with friend some bachelors you can enjoy their

Good service , but need to be improved abt the service and slow network of wifi . Overall affroadable and good stay .

Worsted. Don't go blind with your oyo pricing because they don't accept oyo prices and offers. You have to pay extra amount when your check in hotel. Staff very tude oyo also not responsible for pricing. Oyo also support hotel management.

No maintenance, from outside looks good but if you open and bedsheets, window cotton, bathroom exastar...problem with mosquitoes.

Very worst dont go for any of the property which is linked to them in kakinada. They charge extra amount which oyo is not aware. Very worst management

This is not a hotel, so if you visit samalkota, and finding hotels in agoda and any app, you will see very good photos of that hotel, but reality is this is just residency, ehich they convert in hotel, also rooms are not good as per price point. So don’t waste your time

Staff behavior very worst

Hotel ambiance is good. Feels like home.Staff are co-operative. Booking only through Oyo.Out door seating is a good. Sea beach nearby.

The assistance from the staff to reach the hotel was delighted!! The way.. staff behaved is awesome.. more over, the stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Just give a try if you wanna do some parties with your friends!!

This place is good, neat and clean. The staff are polite and courteous. But the prices are a bit high.
