Mc dessert counter agent is not interested to take order. Unable to get the mc swirl. Interested to count currency instead to take order. Even though we requested twice, not bother even we left outside.

Not too crowded. here the Mc D is situated in 2 blocks one has the Mac Burgers and the Mc cafe the other block is 10meters away has the deserts all 3 of them have their own billing counter's. the menu is same like any other Mac Donald.

Only McD in East Godavari, it was good but when compared to other branches where we find in city, the taste was different. Me along with my friend visited, we ordered mc maharaja but we find it was not that much spicy If you are visiting McD for the first time then this will be the good one If you already visited other McD before you will find the difference.

Well being in the mall, it has an appeal in itself, but every time you need to eat at the resturant one needs to get inside the mall first. Staff are more customer friendly than eleswhere. Being in a tier 3 city one can expect more empathy to general public who keep asking for menu details. Food quality good. Overall good.

One of worst of Mc Donalds in this restaurant. The fries ordered are large and presented in a way that it looks full,in actual it will not match the regular quantity. When asked again,it happened same. Thought may be instruction was received not to to serve the actual quantity. And coming to quality dont ask. It neither hot nor crispy,which is Mc Donald's speciality. One more thing,i guess they have excess salt in restuarant. It full of salt,got a feeling that eating salt with fries not the other way around. Now coming to burger, bread buns are not good. Chocolate milk shake though is good,but had to go to counter to few times to get my order which they completely missed. Eating in different McD places in India and outside. I wont step again in this restaurant if this the case.

They changed the menu and increased the price and removed the customisation in combos in the name of loss and varities. I took the same combo days before I remember, but now when I try to order the same combo, they said the rules have changed, so that I can't customise my combo.

Well I ate here for the first time. Honestly I didn't liked the burgers. That is my opinion. You can go and try it out youself but for mee it's not ao good. Every piece of the food feels artificial and I am not ao happy about it.

A very good place to visit with friends and family. It is located on the ground floor of SRMT Mall. Ambience is okay, good seating arrangement to accompany a decent croud of people. Great place to visit more than once. Can order directly from the McDonald's mobile application. Had to wait for a bit longer to take the order as order delivery is considerably very slow. The menu is very different from other McDonald's restaurants that i have previously visited and looked more priced than them.

This is to acknowledge the amazing McDonald's store at SRMT mall kakinada The ambiance is always live and very neat and tidy. The food is fresh and delicious The staff here is extremely polite, friendly and always serving to best service to it's customers. Food tastes good, but Pathetic service of the team of McDonalds in KKD SRMT mall. Lack of communication between the team, order was neglected and waited 50min to get the food with several followups (Order # 2758), biller should inform to customer about the delivery period. Unhealthy washroom -washbasin clogged with tissues and overflowing water. Sanitizer bottle filled with Bleach liquid and counter personnel not aware of it👏 and offering as sanitizer. This is my second visit in this week, Your team should focus on it!

Worst Burger i ever had. I ordered Veg Maharaja on swiggy and it was pathetic. Only lettuce was there. The cheese slice was raw. The burger was not even medium hot by the time it reached my house. Now comes the horrible thing 'cheese and corn patty', it was the worst of all. It was STALE and FILTHY. Please don't order and waste your money.
