    Tried a small size pizza. But didn't expect that base will be bread. No flavour at all. You guys got a reputation please maintain it.

    Pizza tastes so gross.. would not recommend. They put chilli powder and sour pickles and it tastes like roadside gooseberries.Never going or wasting 1000 rs ! Dominos tastes better

    The food tasted good and there's definitely a lot of scope for improvement in terms of quality. The toppings on the pizza base were not adequate to the size of the base. If one compares the quality here with what you get in Bangalore or Hyderabad - the poor quality will be evident in the delivered food. The dining area is outside the store at the common dining area provided by the mall. The only turn-off for me here is that the staff are not maintaining hygiene practices. They prepare food without using the hand gloves and if we question they give some pointless excuses. The food is prepared and delivered quickly and of course they didn't have a lot of customers waiting. If the management can make the staff follow strict hygiene practices it is a good place for good food.

    Okay, it is on the 2nd floor of the mall, small outlet and doesn't have a separate area to have a meal. It's not worth visiting pizza hut. KFC n McDonald's are the best at srmt mall. Some menus are available for online delivery apps.

    If there is an option for 0 star I would definitely give that. Stewards don't have a service motive. Pizza is just like a bun. No taste, not even proper seasoning. Even if you try to explain the staff how you would like to have it, I barely expect they will take it. There is one local brand pizza kiosk in the food court I believe. Its a far batter choice than this Hut

👍 I went there at 2:30pm returned around 5pm, Initially I was sceptical but staff behavior is too good. Pros Food unlimited. Variety of food available, refilling is done on time. One of the best dining experience. Cons Very costly affair. My overall experience: very good.
