my
friend
and
I
visited
Reliance
Digital
store
at
82E-SRMT
mall,
Sarpavaram,
Kakinada.
My
friend
was
looking
for
a
set
of
wireless
headphones.
We
checked
one
headset,
we
asked
the
support
person
if
that
was
wireless.
One
of
the
support
members
said
confidently
that
it
was
bluetooth
and
also
confirmed
the
price.
We
were
still
in
doubtful
and
wanted
to
check
but
they
said
one
must
bill
first
then
only
one
can
check
the
head
phones.
Owing
to
lower
price
I
planned
to
take
one
more
for
myself.
While
billing
it
was
revealed
that
it
was
not
wireless
as
my
friend
wanted,
so
he
refused.
But
I
was
okay
with
it
owing
to
the
low
price,
so
asked
to
give
us
only
one
piece.
Meanwhile
the
guy
at
the
counter
was
in
a
rush
and
billed
for
two.
But,
he
only
took
cash
for
one.
And
he
agreed
to
adjust
as
we
requested.
But
he
was
not
sure
how
to
do
it.
And
referred
the
issue
to
a
higher
official
(one
woman),
who
was
unwilling
to
listen
to
us.
She
simply
wanted
us
to
pay
for
the
second
piece
as
well
and
there
was
no
way
we
were
allowed
to
leave
the
shop
without
paying
for
the
second
piece
that
my
friend
was
clearly
not
interested
in.
Instead
of
solving
the
issue
(cancelling/adjusting
the
old
bill)
she
simply
started
arguing
with
us.
I
wanted
to
avoid
further
escalation
and
simply
gave
them
the
money
for
the
second
piece
as
well
and
gave
them
back
the
earphones
and
left
empty
handed
with
just
the
bill.
We
were
lucky
it
was
just
Rs.
200/-
,
what
of
if
we
went
to
buy
some
plasma
TV.
Seems
like
we
went
in
and
paid
Rs.
200/-
for
just
the
bill
(a
piece
of
printed
paper).
I
am
never
going
to
visit
Reliance
Digital
mart
in
my
life
and
will
advice
the
same
with
my
friends
or
relatives
or
any
sane
person
for
that
matter.
