1. Not freehold property but 99 years leasehold; 2. Maintenance charge is very high; 3. But there is no maintenance at all; 4. No well created children's play area; 5. No solid boundary wall but wire fencing 6. Wall and roofs remain damp due to water seepage; 7. Looks like ghost complex; 8. very poorly maintained and unhygienic environment 9. Industrial pollution all round

The location is somewhat okay for people who want to access Santragachi railway. Otherwise there is not much location advantage. neither this area is a happening place. There is no market close by. So people habituated to live in kolkata or howrah locality area,will find it hard to adjust here. However the most negative point is that it is a unfinished project. Unitech company is almost collapsed and there is no immediate sign of the project to be completed. The maitainence is too high compared to the real maintainence work of the building. It looks like some government co -operative building with least or no maintainence. Hope they would try to maintain the part of the complex which is in completed state.

Located at a convenient distance of about 12-13 kms from almost everywhere that people travel to. There is a constant breeze at all time of the day which brings so much of freshness..

It was a perfect location, perfect pricing,excellent quality. But now so much lack of maintenance from builder has made this place look like Soviet apartment buildings or ghetto. But proper maintenance can make this place an absolute top notch.

One of the best place in this locality having power backup, security, lots of parking space, children playground, temple, good society for celebrating all festivals...

Situated on outskirt of kolkata near to santragachi railway station but no good communication available sply at night time

3 years ago this building was so well maintained now its high time for repair. The maintenance has come from 100 to 25%.

Very nice and quite place. I have stayed few years back.
