Extremely bad .we waited and waited. The shop owner was busy with only one costumer .we travelled all the way from Swabhoomi to this shop. We left without any help from the shopkeeper. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. Extremely lousy behaviour.

Had gone to purchase a cross trainer. The staff is least bothered to give a demo or give details about the products. It's lockdown time and there are NO sales anywhere. I guess bodyline has excess cash lying with them in their bank accounts and hence are not interested in explaining genuine customers what their products do. If the showroom service is so bad, imagine what after sales would be like. NO THANKS. I'll go elsewhere and buy. Lol. I guess the CC2 store will not last very long or probably aren't paying their employees on time which is why the single employee present there also isnt interested in selling. Big LOL to bodyline. Had purchased a treadmill from them many years back. Guess things have gone downhill a lot.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. I have purchased a multi gym, functional trainer and Olympic multi bench vx 3600. This was purchased on 11th August 2018. It has been more than one month now. I was assured time and again by your sales people that the bench will be delivered sooner. I was constantly following up the seller at City Center 2 branch. He kept me promising and asked 1 weeks time every day. It was on Tuesday when I asked him for a refund, he told me that the bench will not be available. This is the most troublesome behavior and experience with bodyline. I feel like I have been cheated by you people. On top of this the sale man promised me to provide me a multi bench press bench of an alternative brand, from last two days I am following him to update me about the same, so that I can decide and get a replacement. Till now I am not getting any proper response from there. This type of attitude is not expected from a company like yours.

Improve the attitude of the guy sitting at the reception desk. The guard was nice and helpful

Horrible service by the person who makes the bill. Rude arrogant manner less. Security guard was so annoying. I wont suggest any one to purchase

The door keeper is the sales man. They made me feel like they have done a favour to me by opening the shop in the first place and letting shop their in the second. Pathetic

Guys go to anywhere but this place if you want to save your money . They will fool you like anything trust me. I got things for some lakhs but I totally regret it.

Never buy anything from body line or this store. Their behaviour may attractive and they can be very nice with you but for a limited time till you bought some fitness equipment. First of all they will never provide you a gst bill. Tax evasion is legal in their view. And after you purchase any item they will never replace or repair your item without asking for huge sum of money. For example my treadmill was within its warranty period and needs some repairs but they told me to shell 4000 for that. According 2 them that part doesn't comes under warranty while at the time of selling the product it is clearly told by them that whole machine is under warranty within its warranty period . Hypocrisy at its best
