Apartments are Okay. Compactly build with poor interior. Lift is not great but common like most of the apartments of Patna. Flats are costly but not justified with the quality.

Nice neighbourhood, location is pretty good, schools, railway station are near. 65% open area in the city, mall with multiplex & commercial complex is to be built.

Good project. 3bhk flats are worth buying, quality of material is very good from inside to outside but the style of interior including doors, windows, taps, wash basin, sink are old patterned. Overall a good project... Good job team !! Try to complete project ASAP..😂😂

This is 1st Mini City in Bihar which is under construction.After completion of 1st phase,peoples are living there.Apartments in 2nd phase are likely to be completed by 2021-22. There is a newly built temple in the east-north corner of the complex Gate no.1 where idols of Lord SriRam-Maa Sita,Hanuman jee and a big Shivling for prayers of residents.

After Buying Expreience is worst, no support from the any staff and there are number of issues related to quality of work, safety, facilities etc....which should couldn't be shared in this public domain, in one word it is really frustrating to live here. and every1 is feeling the same dont go for paid reviewes
