I am satisfied training given by the trainer.i am happy because we have a separate floor for women and a certified women trainer.I like the fact that every day the exercise changes and does not repeat .

Amazing Gym, Amazing workouts! I highly recommend SREE gym one of the best gym at kolar to anyone who wants to get in shape. SREE gym has the best energy staff and feel everything soo clean, equipment are amazing. Recently they have an opened a ladies floor it’s was an appreciating part of SREE Gym & Team, they gave a wonderful platform for the women’s to workout without hesitation. Lady trainer was energetic and offers tons of support and encouragement on our fitness journey. Totally i feel it was a best experience with Sree Gym And Fitness Zone.
