Please do not come here unless you like to wait. Don't order Grab from here, either the same problem. Ended up having my order canceled, it took over an hour just to process. Came in for early lunch one day. Only one person working register and packing food orders. I am very confused as to what ALL the other workers are doing there. I see people in the back and some cleaning. But no one is helping the front person pack and take orders. About 40 minutes later, our order came out. We ordered 5 pieces, the original recipe, and 2 orders of the strips. I have no clue in the world as to why it took so long. Everyone after us got their food first. Just don't bother coming here waste of time.

Been coming to this exact KFC since as long as I can remember and boy is this place still as delightful as ever. I read that some were dissatisfied with their visits but as im writing this review i would say that the service is satisfactory, with short preparation time, and awesome taste

Long wait for food when place was not busy. Off peal hour. 3 staff at counter but only 1 serving & preparing meals. Chicken was 100%, but chips were worst i have ever experienced from kfc, Warm & soft, not hot & crispy. I Didnt bother returning them. Premises / tables were clean & tidy.

Good big place, first and second floor. Because of early morning, there's no long queue. The toilet was bad. No tissue at all.

Sacrifice takes on a unique character, and one thing is for sure - whenever you indulge in chicken, rice will always accompany it.

24h restaurant. Perfect when you just transit before going to Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan or other islands for Sanur beach. Can reach it by foot

Was good, spicy chicken not available and they refused to add cheese to the burgers. Otherwise the food was good.

One star only for the kfc coffee. Cappuccino is terrible! Loaded with water. Can’t barely taste the coffee or milk in it. If only my daughter not insisted to eat here. I could’ve get way better coffee at proper coffee place!

Zero wasting while travelling isn't exactly easy, but it's possible. Bubur is served in one time use cup with plastic lid. Unavoidable. Server gives serviettes and plastic spoon. Refusable! Wrap is served with wax paper. Unavoidable. Takeaway was gonna be placed in paperbag. Refusable. They didn't understand why I didn't want a bag so tried to give me plastic bag instead. Refusable. Kind staff. Very friendly. Food portions are smaller than in Malaysia but better tasting chicken. Tables could have been cleaner.

For a quick bite, this place is very popular in between chicken lover. The dining area is spacious and clean. They have an online deliver too!

Nice place and service reasonable although we went early, when there was no queue. The bubur atam for breakfast is delicious! The restaurant is kept nice and clean. Thank you, KFC Sanur staff!
