Amazing hidden gem in Ubud. Lovely restaurant by the padi field, with amazing view during sunset. Service was good and fast, food was pretty decent. And the taro drink is amazing. Personally I am not a big fan of babi guling, but i suppose it was pretty decent in terms of taste wise in this restaurant. Got the biggest portion as well, and it wasn't joking at all the size that served up. Place gets a 4/5 due to slight immense amount of aggressive flys around (maybe due to the paddy field). We didn't order any dessert because we were too full, but definitely check out and give it a try, it's priced affordably and looks tasty too. I would say its a very affordable place and möstly locals that dined here. Definitely worth to check this hidden gem out

Change to all 5 . 4th visiti back and never disappoint. Many locals come on weekend Definietly top 5 nasi babi in bali Solid 8/10 Service is very efficient. Taste and variety on plate is better than most of babi guling place. Clean and tidy. Ready for large crowd.asked the staff. They said they use 6 big pig a day. 1 may serve 200 portion in my calculation. The sate is wellseasoned. Even the veggie is well seasoned.

originality is the key to be one of the best babi guling in bali area especially gianyar and beyond. great taste, good services and plenty balinese traditional pork menus as well as chicken rice served here. natural atmosphere of local countryside and big parking area available. jaen !

When we arrived, there was a long queue at the front of the restaurant. You will need to give the staff your name to be in queue, and they will call you when it's your turn. The majority of the customers here are locals. Upon ordering, the waiting time for the food and drinks is quite long, around 30 minutes minimally. The view from where we're sitting is amazing. It was rather windy, too. The drinks are amazing, great refresher for the warm weather in Bali. I didn't like the babi guling skin. It It feels like it's too small of a piece, but the meat is cooked to perfection. I would come back again.

10/10 for this babi guling place, from food to hospitality points! first of all i was amazed to see the place itself, the whole area is super huge and clean compared to other bigul places. the view is also nice as the restaurant is by the paddy field, so a nice place to chill as well. service is excellent, the staff seems to be well-trained. aaand coming down to the food, their babi guling dish is one of the best i’ve tried from all over bali! everything on the plate goes well with one another, and you can choose what to add on. the location is a bit far up in gianyar, but really worth a stop if you’re nearby or planning for a stay around ubud. recommended!

A great place to try suckling pig! When eating suckling pig in Bali… It is usually people’s preference on which one is the best and I would say this one is included in my top five most favorite suckling pigs in Bali. It has crispy skin, tender and flavorful meat, good pork satay, delicious vegetables, and not to forget the view you get to see while eating. The place is known by people and usually packed during lunch time so sometimes you have to wait for a while to get a table but it doesn’t take long. The service is also decent here. Would definitely recommend the place but for foreigners this might be spicy.

Nice location hidden from the city, lot of variety of the pork meat, you can order dessert to go along and also fresh coconut, they have live band on level 2, sometime you have to come early to avoid the quee, very good food for group gathering or couple dates. The takeaway is smaller portion at a very affordable prices

It’s a big restaurant beside a paddy with plenty of seating and is frequented by locals. The food was just okay. I liked the taro milkshake, only thing is it tasted like durian. I don’t know how they prepare their food but somehow the durian flavor got to the taro milkshake. So I think they should be careful about such thing.

Really nice hidden spot brought by our tour guide of the day 🙌🏻 it was situated next to a paddy field so no aircon (it can get quite humid and warm) 🌾 the babi guling portion was okay 👍🏻 enjoyed the sate and the pork skin chips that they sold separately for 50,000 rupiah (see 2nd pic in see through sealed bag) ☺️ toilet was reasonably clean for the amount of crowd there

Not so much a hidden gem anymore, but certainly one of the best suckling pig (babi guling) in Bali. I like how savoury the meats are, and how all of the components blend and fits nicely on a dish. Their soup and satay are also good thought you’ll have to order separately as an extra side if you want one. Also loved their crispy pork skin, that’s an extra IDR 20K but it’s worth the price. I also enjoyed how serene the place is, with ricefield surrounding the place and enjoyed their good service —the latter is somehow not commonly found in Bali’s famous suckling pig restaurants. All in all, it’s a perfect place to chill while enjoying a delightful dish of babi guling.
