This afternoon I had an appointment with the gynecologist at 4:20 p.m. At 4:15 p.m. the girl at the reception tells us that she is in a caravan and is arriving late, she should have arrived at 4:00 p.m. I had to leave at 5:00 p.m. and I still hadn't arrived. That's if they then called me twice to reschedule the appointment, I guess they're going to committee. And it shouldn't be strange to be late because the traumatologist was also 15 minutes late. Also, a week ago I accompanied my son to get the medical certificate for the A1 license. They only did a vision test, no reflexes, I asked the doctor and she told me that she was young, that if at that age it's not good... yes, she gave us a brochure with all the services they offer. I have tried it twice and there will not be a third, they have been disastrous experiences.

It's a well-known center among the elderly to renew their driver's license without much ado... They don't look at the sight, or the hearing, or the ability to react, or the blood pressure... I wonder what will happen when all the relatives who have elderly people who SHOULD NOT DRIVE, we start making complaints to the Ombudsman or the medical association... Are you aware of the malpractice you are doing?

The workers at the center (both reception and other specialists) are very professional, competent, attentive and friendly. The three stars in the score are entirely due to them. As for Dr Valls, it seems disrespectful to me that he is late to work and meanwhile has patients waiting because they have an appointment. I understand that everyone has unforeseen circumstances and can be late one day or another, but I have seen this dynamic in him more than once. I think it is a lack of respect for her colleagues and for us, the patients.

Reception girls exceptional. But Dr. Valls leaves a lot to be desired. In previous visits I had already been able to observe that he is a peculiar person to say the least, but after today, I hope I never have to go back. Yesterday I asked for an appointment because I tested positive for covid. I was expecting a visit and I found that he took me out of the center when I told him that it was positive. He made me wait for discharge in the street after telling me that how could I go to the doctor with covid. I left with a 15-day leave that they gave me on the street and without an auscultation or anything else... I don't know if he's afraid of getting infected, but if that's the case, maybe he should have chosen another profession. I have an appointment at another medical center where they are willing to monitor my chest pain and make sure there are no further complications. I hope no one else has to feel humiliated like I did after the treatment received by this "gentleman".

I find it insulting that everywhere says open until 8 p.m., call at 7:45 p.m. and get an answering machine that says it's open until 8 p.m. The least they could do is tell the customer service hours. Every time I've been there I've been treated very well but this has bothered me quite a bit.
