I booked two massages of 50'min. The closest appointment was available after a month . My appointment was at 6pm. When the day has arrived they call me at 17:40 why I am not in present. They informed me that my appointment was at 17:15. After our arrival they informed us that actually we can do the massage but it may be a little shorter. At the end I ended up with 20 min massage instead of 50min. and the quality was very poor. Not to talk about the room. My boyfriend was allocated in a room that was equipped for a dentist and they provided chill music from the agent's cell phone.

I booked a Groupon for this place ages ago. I had to wait about 2 weeks for the appointment. they took my details during the email booking. I arrive on the day, early.. for the receptionist to tell me I cant have more then 2 Groupon bookings. Even though they could have told me this 2 weeks ago when I booked. I've waited ages for this and on the day they tell me?? She said she didn't know at the time they were emailing me. So why take my details if you are not going to check ? Also, it doesn't state this anywhere! WASTE OF TIME! UNPROFESSIONAL DONT BOTHER!

I’ve had 9 different sessions of laser at three different places before I came here. I was about to give up because it wasn’t working but gave it one last shot with this place. This time I’m using the Alexandrite laser and it works!!! Marta is meticulous and supportive throughout the process. She’s also very friendly. I am very happy I found this place. Thanks!

The professionalism and treatment in this clinic it’s amazing! The staff is always happy to answer any questions you might have! The laser hair removal experience is so amazing that they will make you feel so comfortable! Marta has been the person who was helping me and she will speak English to me to make me feel more comfortable with my poor Spanish! I highly recommend this place!
