    Incredible how poorly informed (or VERY inattentive) employees are about mutual insurance companies. I have scheduled the consultation in advance, 1 week before I called again to confirm the consultation and informed me what my mutual insurance was, they have confirmed everything. I arrive on the day of the consultation and they tell me that they do not accept my mutual insurance. BRAVO!

    He leído reseñas de hace 3 años. No han mejorado en NADA!!! Me ha pasado lo mismo. He preguntado si tienen convenio con DKVMUFACE. Responde que SÍ. Pido hora para dermatología. Me dieron para el 11/4. El sábado 24/3 me llaman por tf ( cuando el Centro no atiende al público) y me dicen que : * Queda anulada la cita porque no tienen convenio con mi mutua* !!!!! Me han hecho perder muchos días,.casi un mes sin pedir en otro Centro con lo cual me siento enormemente perjudicada. Pido una explicación y reparación del daño causado. - También comparto la mala.experiencia de la nefasta atención telefónica,estar 20 minutos en espera para que se corte la llamada.

    Muy mal atendido por el traumatólogo Dr. Joan Ribas, quien me atendió en aproximadamente 5 minutos y revisó mi tobillo en 20 segundos (donde siento dolor intenso desde hace unos días). Sin explicar nada, me receta un antinflamatorio, sin preguntarme por mi historia clínica, alergias, o el por qué mi el esguince que tuve hace un mes. Demás estar decir la forma prepotente y poco amable. Cuando le explicaba, me apuraba probablemente para que entrara otra persona lo antes posible. Pésima atención. No volvería.

    Me ha costado mucho tiempo encontrar un centro médico en el que las cosas se gestionarán de buena forma y en el que se trabaje con profesionalidad. Por fin puedo decir que he encontrado mi centro de confianza, tienen un trato cercano y personalizado con cada cliente, pero a su vez sin dejar de lado el trato profesional. He tenido ya muchas visitas con varios médicos como podólogos, ginecólogo, dermatólogo, médico general...y todos ellos me han tratado genial y me han sabido dar una solución inmediata a mis problemas médicos. Además añadir que son muy puntuales en sus citas y no tardan mucho tiempo en citarte pata otro día. Estoy más que encantada, ¡os lo recomiendo 100%!

    Buena atención y buena disposición a quienes vamos. Me gusta porque es un centro completo, cuenta con muchos profesionales de varias ramas. Otra cosa que me gusta mucho es que no hace falta ir al sitio o llamar por teléfono para sacar cita, puedes hacerlo desde la web y también ver la disponibilidad o días que trabajan dichos médicos que te interesa acudir.

    Empecé a ir hace unos meses por recomendación de un familiar y sin duda es un centro médico 10 de 10. Trato muy amable y cercano hacia los pacientes, se nota la profesionalidad a la hora de realizar diferentes pruebas (teste de antígenos y radiografía en mi caso), y hacen su trabajo rápido pero en muy buenas condiciones (te atienden y te dan futuras citas muy rápido).
