I have never felt so neglected in my life before. How little they care and support is unbelieveable. Its my second time visiting and now im 100% sure im never going back there again. How they got their license will I never understand. Good luck for everyone who are visiting this cold hearthed place of people and a special good luck for those who unfortunately get ‘doctor’ Gala Ramos, Pedro. This guy will make you cry. Trust me, its better not to waste your time to go there.

Awful experience. I wanted to do a covid test but the young guy with the sunglasses was super rude he told me if i don't have the padron i cannot do the test. He did not even bother asking someone if it is possible. When i told him that in another cap i was able to get tested he told me i should go there. Such people should not be in these positions and should get fired. So, it seems like if you have the virus but dont have the padron and cant afford for a private test you can walk around the city infecting oeople. Good job

Great healthcare centre. Especially the gynaecologist on the 6th are life savers. Although the phone line is not occupied, if you know to use the meva salut app, it is very easy to get in contact. Above all they take the time to listen to your symptoms and treat you in the best way they can. I once made the mistake to go to my insurance hospital of SANITAS, where the treatment was traumatic and unprofessional. Nothing you will find in this healthcare centre because they really do care. Update nov; I recently had a very bad experience with the first male doctor I consulted on the sixt floor. I was asking me what was wrong and while I explained, he interrupted me. When I interrupted him because he didn’t understand me correct he became angry that I interrupted him. He didn’t want to help me and very mansplaining. ‘hombre machista’. I left in a lot of pain without a solution.

Absolutely useless, could not perform a basic checkup and sent me to another hospital several kms away. They looked extremely pleased with themselves, since i seemed to have interrupted their afternoon coffee chat.

I had a horrible experience with Doctora Ainhoa Toscano Rivera at the urgency room. After waiting almost 3 hours I could finally go in the doctors room and we asked if she speaks English (if not, my boyfriend can come to translate). They said she speaks English so I can go ahead alone. When she arrived I started to speak in English and she said I need to speak Spanish with her. I asked why, they told me the doctor speaks English, so what is the reason? She told me because I am the one who needs help, not her, so I need to try hard and speak Spanish to her not her trying to speak English…I was shocked! If she refuses to talk in English why did they say that my boyfriend doesnt need to come to translate? It looked like she just wanted to be mean to me and make me feel not welcome because I am not from Spain. Also, I had a fever of 38 and she said I am okay I dont have fever because on the machine they checked it showed 36.3 (which was not correct). I told her the machine is not good because I just checked my fever and I have 38 also I was feeling very bad but she didnt believe me… I was asking for sick leave for the next days and she said she cant give me that because I look okay if I want a sick leave paper for the next day I need to come back tomorrow! Horrible service, mean doctor, not helpfull at all and making me feel not welcome because I am a foregner. I have never had such a bad experience before!

Stone cold doctors. You don't want to go here even for a flu. They just make you feel a nobody.

Not willing to help at all. Came with the flu, could barely talk because of the very intense throat pain, almost lost all my voice. Not to mention they don't speak English AT ALL, helped myself to explain with google translate. In the end they didn't wanna take me, for the reason I only had a photo of the European Health Insurance Card (i left my country before receiving a physical card) even tho I confirmed my identity with my ID card also. Do not understand what a difference would it make to have it there physically, he could clearly see all the details written from the photo. I had left in a pain without any help. Never felt so frustrated and angry.

From my experience in CUAP Manso, I find it very difficult to believe that Spain has one of the best health systems in the world. I’ve been a patient in this CAP for over a year and during this year it’s near to impossible to get the correct care needed. More recently, I came here with serious health problems that needed urgent care. After waiting in the A&E for hours I was sent to a junior nurse (not a doctor) and she told me I had COVID without doing a test. I insisted that this was not COVID as I already tested myself but she refused to listen (they don’t even have rapid tests in this CAP which is unbelievable)… two days later I ended up in A&E in a hospital with breathing difficulties and was diagnosed with severe pneumonia… not COVID. Today, after waiting a month for an appointment with my GP, I was referred to a dermatologist with a waiting time of FIVE MONTHS… not days nor weeks… MONTHS. Josep María Argimon should get his act together and do something with the health system here… it’s completely under resourced and amateur. They seem to treat locals much better (just look at the reviews here). If you’re a foreigner they’ll just give you ibuprofen and they’re very racist.

Completely unhelpful and not willing to help at all. Didn't even listen to our needs just sent right away to a different centre. It's already the third time we're getting redirected this way without any help. Terrible experience. Avoid this place at all cost.

Had scans done in 2019. Nobody called me about the results ever. I tried reaching them over the phone, which proved impossible. To this day (2021) i don't have my results of those scans (2019). Unbelievable.

I had an appointment with Esther that was really kind and helpful, other than that, all the other employees that I had to deal with were rude, with really bad mood, not willing to help. I never had my phone calls answered (to the gynecology department) and I always had to go there just to make questions that could be answered easily on a phone call.

I’ve had two very bad experiences here. My Spanish is not very good but I can speak the basics, I came to drop off some samples of urine, I was sent to the 1st floor and then the 4th floor and back to the 1st floor. The young lady on reception on floor 4 today was very unwelcoming, cold and rude. I explained for a second time (in Spanish) that I did not know where to go. She shouted at me then in English the room 18. It surprised me the hate on her face. The room she sent me too was incorrect and I was told to go back to floor 1. I am not asking anybody to speak English but if somebody is trying to speak Spanish I would not be rude and I would try be patient and kind. I threw away my urine sample in the doctors bin, I would rather go private than come back here. On a plus side my doctor (Dra Segura) was amazing and very kind!

In case of emergency I had to wait 2h. Emergency means urgent. The way they treat the emergency patients is very bad. I should give them 5 stars in being rude and unprofessional.

Disgusted. They refused to help me despite potentially deadly throat infection, not being able to swallow water to hydrate myself. Doctor started shouting at me with no provocation after my third visit in one night. I ended up needing an emergency operation at a different hospital.

I went there for a urinary tract infection (cystitis) on sunday and they were very quick and professional. Even if I am not a spanish citizen they figured out how to manage it. They did a urine test and a colture, the doctor examined me very well and was very kind. I would recommend this centre! Just go there and explain your problem, they're ready to help you, expecially the doctors!

Fast and objective. Took me less than 40 minutes to pass by the reception, see the nurse, go back to the waiting room, see the doctor, who examined me carefully and sent me off with with a written request for the next steps of my treatment.

Staff are very quick and competent. Having transitioned from private healthcare, I was shocked by how well the service has been and arguably faster. I have been very lucky to have immediate assistance in everything I need concerning my pregnancy with zero delays, even on appointments days. My appointed midwife is very attentive, thorough and organized. Very happy with this CAP and the service from the Maternity hospital I was referred to. Would highly recommend for pregnancy.

My girlfriend came here for urgent blood tests They managed to insert the needle 4 times nowhere close to the veins of both her arms, made fun of her and sent her back home because they were not capable to extract blood Avoid that hospital at all costs, the people working there are a joke

Went there for a bladder infection without being registered at the CAP. Was seen by a doctor within not even 30 minutes. All the staff super friendly and helpful and english-speaking. Great help!

I was initially skeptical, due to all the poor reviews. The reception felt a little cold as well, but possibly because I was afraid to go there. That said, after the initial reception service, I have to say I was treated very well. Staff did their best to help me solve my issue and listened with care to the symptoms I was describing and showing. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied with their service.

I couldn’t get any help there. I was just sitting in the line for 2 hours. Everyone who was coming after me had a chance to see a doctor. I asked them two times why they were ignoring me, they just told me that other people’s cases were somehow more urgent which is ridiculous because how on earth do they know it without a doctor. Well I guess prepare to lie that you’re dying if you want to see a doctor there. But I guess it’s better to find a private hospital because as always public service is a piece of *censored*

This medical center is a joke. I don’t know who gave the medical licence to dr Guerrero, you can have a severe infection and you’ll get ibuprofen. I was lucky be able to go to another doctor with my private insurance. But healthcare should be for everyone not only for those who pay for a private visit.

Given the situation that I walked into the clinic without an appointment, it took me an hour to see the doctor which was reasonable. Also the service was completely free and the doctor himself was super helpful and understanding. Treatment was received on point.

I have lived in countries all over the world, and the process of picking up a repeat-prescription here is by far the worst. I waste hours every month waiting for something due to the lack of organization displayed here. What is more, the staff are all so impatient and rude!
