This was SUCH and AMAZING experience. Definitely the highlight of our trip and of my life actually. The views were beautiful and our pilot Fernando was very funny and explained to us how everything works. They also take beautiful videos and pictures of you on your experience which looks professional. Definitely an experience to treasure forever. Fernando's other team members were also super nice, and we enjoyed champagne together at the end of the trip. They were also very patient with me in particular who took a while to confirm my booking. One thing to do note is that if you leave from Barcelona to meet them in the Pyrenees with your own car, you need to pay toll fees of around 22 euros or so. Our cards didn't work for some reason so we needed cash. Coming back, we took a longer 30 minute road to avoid them, so I guess you can do that going there too, or rather take their transportation method which will probably end up costing you around the same.

I received the flight voucher as a gift from my father. I was a bit unlucky because because the activity is very sensitive to weather, a few times when I wanted to make the flight, the weather conditions worsened and the flight was cancelled. This is totally understandable and in the end safety comes first! Recently I finally got lucky and it was a great day to fly. The entire experience has been very pleasant and the entire team is very professional. As a bonus they have also offered us a small breakfast before taking off and upon landing the cava with something to snack on. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone who is interested in flying in the balloon.

You have to wake up early - but it is totally worth it! Very good customer service, they will answer all of your questions. It is a lifetime experience, great as a birthday gift or anniversary.

Amazing experience. The flight had a lovely and peaceful view. The crew is great, they gave us a nice welcome (breakfast to start an early morning activity is very appreciated), interesting explanations throughout the whole flight experience and in general they took very good care of us!

Great experience with the team! The communication with Balloon flights was excellent from the first email and till they dropped us back to the hotel after the flight. The drivers were on time to pick us up and brought us to the take off location. All the program was as communicated beforehand. The team is very friendly, explained us everything and provide an excellent service at every moment. The flight was great and it's a very special experience! We have celebrated the landing and flight with glass of cava and local snacks and arrived back in a fantastic mood. Thank you!

The ground and flight crews were professional and comforting- they treated my family and I as if we were their family. An amazing experience from start to finish! Our driver was on time and picked us up at our hotel door. We drove about an hour outside of Barcelona. Our original takeoff spot was covered in fog so they wound up finding us a new spot last second which wound up being the location of a hot air balloon festival. We got to see so many other balloons and it made for an incredible photo opportunity. The flight was smooth and felt very safe, they even provided snacks and champagne in the air. Cannot recommend this company enough, it was our favorite part of our trip!

The Balloon experience we had with Fernando and his team today was the highlight of our trip to Barcelona. Everything about it was first class. Hot air baloon flight was one of the most emotional experiences in my entire life! Every person we met in this company - starting from very responsive and helpfull assistant in WhatsApp (thank you once again!), following with the transfer and ground service guys and of course our captain - did their best to make us happy. I can’t recommend this experience enough. From start to finish was 10/10. Was picked up from our hotel by our driver Andres and bought to the landing site which we were welcomed by the staff and nice coffee and croissants. Up in the hot air balloon was such an experience and the view was unbelievable. On landing we were given cheese/cured sausage/ melon and champagne which was the cherry on top. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. 10/10 for staff. Definitely everyone that’s in Barcelona should aim to do this activity. Overall the most amazing experience and would 1000% recommend. Thank you guys.

This was our first hot air balloon experience and we truly found it exemplary. Fernando and his team were absolute professionals and they took care of even the minutest of details. Right from pick up to drop they made every aspect comfortable. The attention to safety was impeccable and they ensured we were given a hands on approach on ballooning and how we were going to spend the rest of the tour. The 20plus years of experience that Fernando has comes to the fore in every aspect of the trip. Highly recommend the tour for anyone who wants a first hand experience of this kind.

What a wonderful experience first let me say the guides were truly amazing. The ride itself was wonderful and we felt safe the whole time but the best thing was the guides also answered our questions after the ride and gave suggestions for places to visit and do with such warm hearts. They sent pictures to us that were really wonderful at no extra charge. All in all I recommend this place whole heartedly, the ride, the service and the kindness were all top notch.

We loved our experience and would absolutely recommend! Communication was super easy and fast answers via WhatsApp. We got a detailed schedule upfront and were even picked up from our address which was very convenient since it starts early in the morning. Be flexible with your time as everything is depending on weather conditions and you might have to reschedule the day and starting point but they will let you know the best options! We ended up starting in beautiful Cerdanya overlooking the Pyrenees and it was AMAZING!!! Our pilot John was professional, informative, multilingual and had a great sense of humour. They took pictures throughout the day and they give you a link to the pictures for free which is a really nice extra! There is nothing comparable to the peaceful and magical feeling of being in the hot air balloon at sunrise, so if it's your first time and you are still wondering if it's worth it, it absolutely is and you will want to go again!

From initial contact and booking we were extremely pleased with the service and friendliness of the team. We were super happy with the quick responses and ‘added extra help’ when it came to our small pets. The morning of our flight was exciting and the meet and greet with refreshments was a nice treat. The team are extremely friendly and genuinely nice people and it made the morning even better. The flight itself was breath taking, location stunning, with fun and banter on the way too. The flight ended with a surprise glass of cava and local saucisson which was a fab way to end the morning. We had a fantastic time. Fernando and his team are the best! We had to cancel due to weather and Fernando went out of his way to reschedule the flight before we left Barcelona. We arrived to coffee, tea & pastries and were able to watch the balloon while it inflated (impressive process). The flight was amazing - Fernando was professional and kept us entertained with information about the area and stories from his previous adventures. We capped it all off with a champagne toast and snacks that were prepared for us once we landed. Such a great morning and an adventure that we’ll remember for a lifetime!

Fernando and Andres were absolutely amazing! World class pilot and even better people. We were lucky enough to have them as part of our proposal plan as they helped everything go smoothly. Had such a wonderful time both on the balloon and during the tour of the winery and Montserrat. They are super knowledgable and we learned so much about ballooning and the local culture. The balloon flight was a breathtaking experience and one of the most incredible moments of our trip. After the balloon flight, they served special sausages and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne. Highly recommend the experience for anyone visiting Barcelona!
