I
give
two
stars
because
I
can
understand
that
the
emergencies
of
any
public
hospital
are
the
same,
and
we
must
also
understand
the
decent
healthcare
personnel
who
study
a
lot
and
work
for
hours
at
a
time.
Even
so,
none
of
that
can
change
the
fact
that
the
experience
that
my
partner
and
I
suffered
this
past
month
was
mortifying,
tiring,
desperate.
We
arrived
at
the
hospital
by
ambulance
for
emergencies
due
to
drug
poisoning
and
they
put
us
in
a
box.
It
took
them
at
least
an
hour
and
a
half
to
bring
activated
charcoal,
a
time
that
could
have
been
reduced
so
that
the
drug
was
no
longer
absorbed
into
the
body.
Taking
20
minutes
would
be
one
thing,
but
an
hour
and
a
half
and
having
to
insist?
Quite
unacceptable.
The
doctor
took
a
long
time
to
come,
which
I
understand
because
in
the
end
the
doctor
will
have
200
patients
to
see
in
the
shift.
It
is
worth
mentioning
that
it
was
the
night
shift.
The
inhumane
treatment
for
me
starts
now.
They
left
us
waiting
in
a
deadly
hallway
for
hours
and
hours
and
hours,
with
all
the
sounds
of
hospital
machines,
the
night
shift
nurses
laughing
and
talking
about
their
lives
with
each
other,
which
wouldn't
be
a
problem
in
itself
because
they
are
human
and
socialize
like
anyone
else
in
the
world.
his
job,
but
having
to
listen
to
it
without
being
able
to
rest
is
a
killer
for
the
patient
and
companion.
First,
they
told
us
that
they
would
discharge
him
when
the
tests
came
out,
and
that
it
would
be
about
two
or
three
hours,
no
problem.
4
hours
pass
and
I
decide
to
ask,
the
nurse
who
was
handling
our
case
comes
and
with
a
rude
and
rude
tone
tells
us
“they
will
be
there
when
they
are
there”
absolutely
unnecessary,
later
the
doctor
comes
and
tells
us
that
a
psychiatrist
will
treat
us
and
that
another
doctor
will
of
the
morning
shift
would
be
discharged.
Well,
8
in
the
morning
arrives
and
we
continue
waiting
(we
entered
the
hospital
at
approximately
1)
and
we
continue
waiting,
they
give
breakfast
(that's
good)
and
we
wait,
asking
the
nurses
is
useless,
they
only
answer
that
they
have
different
shifts
than
the
ones.
doctors
and
there
is
no
way
to
know
when
they
will
come,
but
they
will
come
before
the
afternoon
shift.
Well,
lie,
the
afternoon
shift
arrives
and
I
ask
a
nurse,
the
same
thing,
no
one
knows
when
she
will
come,
hours
pass
without
being
able
to
sleep,
they
move
us
from
the
hallway
to
a
little
more
decent
room,
and
already
desperate
I
explain
the
situation
to
one
more
nurse
who
was
guarding
the
room,
I
tell
her
the
situation
and
please,
I
just
need
to
know
if
it
is
going
to
take
much
longer
to
go
home
to
look
for
clothes
and
rest
and
then
come
back
to
keep
the
patient
company,
which
is
not
the
case.
nothing
if
they
take
time
but
I
just
need
to
know
because
being
in
a
wait
where
you
don't
know
when
they
will
attend
to
you
and
taking
more
than
15
hours
is
a
type
of
mental
torture,
and
the
girl,
God
bless
her
sincerely
and
I
don't
believe
in
God,
she
called
to
the
doctors
to
ask
questions
and
reassure
us.
An
absolute
10
for
her
and
for
her
patience.
The
psychiatrist
arrived
after
about
18
hours
in
the
emergency
room,
she
went
to
ask
some
questions
about
some
procedures,
and
two
hours
later
they
were
discharged.
A
total
lack
of
control,
terrible
organization,
and
I
almost
had
to
request
a
psychiatrist
as
well
because
of
the
trauma,
but
still
grateful
that
they
saved
my
partner's
life,
and
a
10
for
the
nurse
I
mentioned
and
a
10
also
for
the
first
doctor
at
the
hospital.
night
shift
who
attended
to
us,
a
good
professional
and
a
good
person
with
seriousness,
empathy
and
dedication.
