Patio do Tijolo - Hotel

Hotel

👍👍 This hotel is literally perfect. Yes, I said perfect. I stayed here for 6 nights and frankly didn’t want to leave (I was even happy when I had a cancelled flight that necessitated staying an extra night). The abundance of patio space everywhere, the proximity yet sufficient distance away the Center... People often mention hotel, beautiful, staff, breakfast, Lisbon, stay,

This hotel is literally perfect. Yes, I said perfect. I stayed here for 6 nights and frankly didn’t want to leave (I was even happy when I had a cancelled flight that necessitated staying an extra night). The abundance of patio space everywhere, the proximity yet sufficient distance away the Center of Lisbon’s action, the lovely breakfast/social kitchen and the unparalleled staff service. Yes, I said perfect. Thanks all. See you soon hopefully, Sean

Probably one of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. The design of the hotel is beautiful - beyond compare. Simple styling is always the most difficult to get right but they definitely got it right! It's stunning. So many lovely touches from the beautiful, delicate smells as you come into your room, to the little hanging lamp to take out onto the patio. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful. Plenty of areas to relax both inside and outside. A perfect rooftop to watch the sun go down. We would sit up there with a glass of wine watching the Lisbon sunset. The breakfast is perfect, so much to choose from and always plenty of fresh fruit. Coffee available all day. Perfect location. A quiet setting but very close to the main areas and very near some amazing restaurants. Suffice to say, we loved our stay and would come back again in a heartbeat ♥

Once on the hotel, it is a beautiful place. Staff and services are impeccable. Staff is so helpful and kind. The gardens are so beautiful and peaceful. Felt very safe while in hotel. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. Every thing tasted amazing. The only 2 negative things? Uber has a hard time finding the location and the streets around the hotel itself is dirty and smelly. Once behind the hotel gates, it is totally worth it in my opinion. So, i still highly recommend!!

Great boutique hotel in an excellent location. Communication for various items prior to arrival was efficiently answered via email. Staff were very kind and genuinely helpful! Only minor issue was that air-conditioning was not "turned-on" during this time of year which made for some uncomfortable days. However, opening patio door helped to cool off the room somewhat.

Spent two nights at Patio do Tijolo Hotel and was very happy with our decision to stay here. I liked the location -- on a quiet street that is maybe a 10 minute walk to the crowded tourist zone and just 5 minutes to the lovely restaurants of Principe Real. So you are very close to the sights but also have a nice, tranquil place to retreat to. Despite being in the old part of town, this hotel has been completely redone and has all the modern amenities that you would want. Best of all, the service is excellent. The staff here go out of their way to please their guests and understand that it's the little things that make a big difference. Case in point, while checking-in to the hotel upon arrival, they brought my wife and I a glass of wine and a beer, on the house, while we waited. Nice touch. If/when we return to Lisbon, we will stay here again. Note: when making your reservation, request an upper floor so you can enjoy the view of the city.

We spent 4 nights here, and the staff is super kind and lovable people. The hotel and the entire concept are fabulous, we loved the cuisine, the prepared delicacies, and the breakfast as well. Our room had a balcony, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was wonderful, the whole interior was well-thought-out and beautifully executed. Super clean, with high-quality amenities, a cold water dispenser in the kitchen, an elevator, and a view of the city. I can only describe the experience in superlatives. Despite being a bit hilly, it's easily accessible, although it's recommended to get there on foot, by taxi, or Uber since there are some elevation changes from all sides. The latter is not a negative, Lisbon is just like that :)

Great hotel, right near the heart of everything but still tucked away enough to be quiet. The staff was welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in the door. Amazing complimentary breakfast that went above and beyond!

Beautiful hotel, in love with every single lamp! Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was beautiful! They had no problem arranging a baby crib for us. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago for 2 nights during our Honeymoon. The service was incredible, and the rooms were beautiful. The morning breakfast was delicious. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We'll definitely stay here the next time we're in Lisbon! Missing it dearly!

Beautiful and calm, newly built property in an excellent location near Principe Real. Zen like space using beautiful materials, minimalist yet very comfortable. All the staff were very welcoming, reassuring and helpful including a welcome drink from Luis on our arrival. Lovely and varied breakfast in a beautiful room where you can also make yourself tea and coffee throughout the day. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return.

Open since August 2023. Nice and clean rooms with a balcony with a great view of Lisbon. Friendly staff! The pictures on the website represent the place you will actually visit! So no surprises. And the best little present: A very nice Breakfast. Take a look at the picture.
