Disabled toilets in the basement down a spiral staircase and no lift access. Food in restaurant cold even when just opened doors for service. All inclusive seemed like an after thought, only one beer choice, small selection of cocktails, charged for all other drinks, including cider. Rooms clean and good selection at breakfast. Ten minutes walk to marina with plenty of restaurants and bars.

Part of a Jet2 holiday break. Didn't know anything about Dom Pedro resorts as not a golfer. The hotel was peaceful most days as the rest of the vacationers were on the greens. Enjoyed the location. The hotel is in proximity to the beach, which was peaceful for the start of April. Amenities nearby, as we went for B&B lodging. The marina is close.

Lovely hotel, second time staying here. Ideal location only 5min walk from marina only downside is rooms are very dated, but very clean and spacious. Also lots of on site parking which is a bonus. Lovely pool with new sunbeds. Checking in could be improved as it took over 30min. We arrived at 11:30 and was informed that rooms would be ready at 2pm, so we asked if we could leave bags and check in, returning at two for room keys which was not aloud. As we returned to hotel at 2pm there were lots of people waiting to check-in and speaking to a few guests they had been told the same. Don't not see the problem letters guests check in Early. Overall very good hotel and brilliant staff.

Lovely hotel sited well for the Marina at Vilamora ,the staff where very helpful and the food very tasty but the child like sweets (Jelly squares) and small squares of sponge based sweet not so good,a nice chocolate torte or Panna cota,or more adult puddings for my 4 stars,hotel is held to a good clean Std, bathrooms Not 4 star ( old fashioned shower curtain over the bath) overall very good,But the money had all been spent on the reception areas,not on up grading the Rooms, first impressions Count a lot. No kettle for tea? Second time we have been there ( 2016 last time ) slight improvement,but as others had posted could do better 7.5 out of ten,but with a bit of investment could be a 9.5 out of ten.

(All-inclusive) Large Hotel with ample seating inside and out, good size pool,also small children's pool.plenty sunbeds around pool and large grassed area.Safe 22e for 10days,10e deposit(refundable).Pool towels 5e deposite(refundable)change daily.Bar open 10am to 1am in morning serving inside and outside alcohol, also tea, coffee and soft drinks.Rooms good size and cleaned daily. Breakfast very good with wide selection of food and drinks.Only negative for ME, some of evening meals was warm rather than hot.Overall a relaxing and enjoyable stay .

Cannot fault the Dom Pedro Vilamoura. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. Rooms cleaned every day, and a fresh bottle of water left. I didn't tell them about my husbands birthday but they delivered a bottle of champagne and a cake courtesy of the hotel, he was very happy 😊

The hotel is excellent. Perfect location for beach, Marina and promenade. Staff are amazing, EVERY SINGLE ONE was friendly, helpful and attentive. Food brilliant, plenty of choice and beautifully presented. Rooms spotless and beds comfortable and made every day! Grounds and pools well cared for and layout of bar restaurant foyer etc very welcoming and restful. Nice to have live music each night too. Could not fault a thing. We will be back!

Everything was very good apart from... Rooms /Bathroom could be furnished/decorated a little more modern/updated. Temp thermostat didn't seem to cool room down very much. Breakfast could have little more choice. 1 shuttle did not arrive to collect us so had to get an uber, but there was no acceptance from holiday as in reimbursement or say drinks voucher to compensate. Overall very good and would be happy to return, my feedback is to improve a small amount to make it exceptional rather than very good. Steve

The hotel is above average. Staff are friendly. Its nicely decorated and rooms are pleasant, nothing bad or great. The outdoor facilities are good. I did find the spa area dated and the jacuzzi and sauna were small and dated. Overall the hotel is good value.

We had a lovely stay with you. All aspects of our booking in was easy and uncomplicated. We loved that we could have clean pool towels every day and the free safe was a great plus for us. We had something good to eat at every meal, we will happily come back and stay with you again.

Lovely room, great balcony and sea view. Surprise complementary champagne and chocolate cake for my daughters birthday. Having the indoor pool is a great advantage as it was raining on two days during our stay. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, great stay.

We stayed for our son's wedding. Hotel was very good, check in was smooth, however we were not advised that we could join the Dom Pedro Loyalty Scheme and receive discounts on drinks, food etc etc. Rooms were very clean and ample size, lovely walk in shower, and toiletries, small min bar which was good enough for our needs, nice view overlooking pool. Grounds very clean and well maintained, excellent and clean pools. Breakfast was excellent, a good variety. We only had 1 lunch from the pool bar during our stay, and this was very good. Bar staff were excellent, one point about this, some days 5-6 bar staff, but only 2 actually serving, which did cause frustration with guests, were the others training? One other minor point, bins around pool area need clearing more regular. Would we stay here again, yes, without hesitation. Well done all staff.

Was at hotel for 2 weeks all inclusive, staff were very helpful and friendly, food was great, only 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the marina, the place is lovely and clean, loved it and will be going back most chilled out holiday I've ever had thank you Vilamoura 😎🍻

We stayed here last week! The location was lovely only about 30mins from the airport. The beach was about 5mins walk and the sea view from our balcony was beautiful 😍 the rooms are very basic and a tiny bit dated but very clean! The bathroom didn't really match the living part and the grout was coming away from the walls but didn't affect the holiday at all! So some tweaks would be good! The staff are amazing and so helpful. We had the spa area all to ourselves as the hotel was quiet as we went out of season. The breakfast was so yummy lots of variety. We didn't eat lunch or dinner here but we did order room service the first night, we had a ham and cheese Baguette with chips it wasn't anything to write home about but it was nice but they charged €7.50 to deliver it to your room. The mini bar had drinks there were €3 each which maybe a little steep for some. The foyer doesn't match the rooms either it's very modern when the rooms are far from modern. This is mainly for golfers and it was abit weird how they left there golf clubs and trolleys all in the foyer when they ate there they were everywhere you would if thought there was a room they could but them in, made it look like a tourist reception.However dispute this, we would stay here again but would still only go bed and breakfast

Location is very good , near to many nice places like the beach and marina. Staff are very friendly. Especially in the main bar area. Good buffet breakfast and nice outdoor areas for dining and drinks. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t work properly in the room. And the extraction fan in the bathroom was ineffective- so the bathroom stayed damp for many hours after a shower. We did ask for this to be fixed but it wasn’t fixed.

Golfing holiday for 16. Amazing venue. Hotel perfectly fine. Golf course transfers took up to 45 mins to arrive but with a bit of planning no dramas. The location was just amazing.... 5 min walk to the beach or the Marina and all it offers.....

I really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms are clean, had a great view and decorated nicely. Check in service was good... they accommodated for me even though I came in earlier than check in time. The breakfast in the restaurant was quite good with lots of variety. Have not tried the spa but it looks ok. Gym is quite basic with a few treadmills and a couple of weights. Location of the hotel is good because it's very close to the beach and the marina where there is a lot of restaurants and bars.

Excellent facility for our golfing group of 12. Within 10 minute walk to main port. Some great resturants and bars in port area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast choice each morning.

Brilliant hotel. Very spacious rooms, good showers, comfy beds, big balconies with seating, decent tv channels and rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet was great with loads of variety. Hotel staff were very helpful, they gave us suggestions, booked dinner for us at a few restaurants and reserved our cabs. Hotel is opposite a SPAR if you want to get snacks. Ideal location near the marina, beach, casino and loads of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Spacious and clean. Staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast great but evening meal was not so good. Had troubles as for health reasons need gluten free and there awas a lack understanding with some restaurant staff

Rooms are ok, a bit small but adequate, not many electrical sockets and some don't work. Breakfasts were good. Main staff are friendly, polite and knowledgeable but the male bar staff need a good kick up the arse, they are slow, can be rude and are miserable. Not what you want serving at 'the front of house' apart from that an enjoyable stay

Nice hotel and great service. However the food was poor and certainly not 4 star quality. Also, there was little knowledge of food allergies such as gluten free requirements. The rooms were great as were the staff. Would I return? Sadly no.

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, only downfall, there is no complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms.

We are currently staying here. I can’t wait to say how wonderful it is !!! The breakfasts are amazing from hot food, fresh fruit, great coffee etc, cereals etc etc. the rooms are fabulous and clean with comfy beds and with exceptional help from all the staff. The reception area is super and clean. First time here but definitely recommend and definitely will be back. Thanks for making our stay so nice.

The staff were excellent. They were extremely caring and professional made everybody feel special. The accommodation and food were great and the facilities should have been given a 5star rating. Love the proximity to the tennis academy, beach and sea...Cannot wait to return next year.

Great Hire Car company based in Vilamoura with excellent customer service and a no frills or extra add on charges. Highly recommended, the prices you pay are published and on show in reception.

This hotel was very clean ...staff were helpful ..cleaners did a great job of cleaning rooms ...there was music every night of some description ...situated near beech shops Marina which was good...the only downfall I would add the air-condition was extremely noisy I do think it needs updating...everything else was fabulous 👌 I would visit again..👍🏖

Very comfortable hotel and very central. Staff were very helpful. We only had the breakfasts which we were very happy with. Bedroom very comfortable and a lovely view of the sea. Shower was great and rooms were cleaned every day. I would come back and stay here.

Nice hotel, clean, helpful staff, good location to the beach and 5 min walk from the harbour. Nice pool and garden. Breakfast extensive with a good choice. All in all a good hotel, second time we've stayed. Also, there is a Spar supermarket opposite to get water etc for the room, pool or beach.

Lovely hotel and pool area. Rooms good size and nicely furnished. Huge comfy bed. Most of the staff were lovely especially one of the waiters at breakfast and lunch - Borys . He was so hard working and pleasant. Friendly staff can make such a difference to a hotel. Food at breakfast a bit disappointing. No freshly prepared food. Overpriced hotel rates... but it was August. Overall an enjoyable few days.

This hotel is ideally located and within walking distance to marina, old town, and lots of great restaurants - Fish, Italian, Thai, Indian, and (yes) Mexican. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to/from golf courses is very convenient and timely. The hotel facilities - indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi - are great way to unwind after golf and there is spacious room to store golf bag next to the reception. The breakfast bar is very comprehensive and has options for all and is an ideal way to start the day of golf. Will definitely go back.
