I
have
been
client
of
the
brand
LIDL
since
I
moved
here
in
LIsbon,
my
daily
store
was
at
the
neighbourhood
of
Moscavide
but
a
month
ago
I
moved
to
a
new
condo
and
for
sure
I
kept
as
a
Lidl
customer.
I
would
like
to
express
that
I
have
never
experienced
a
bad
shopping
day
whether
talking
about
shopping
experience,
contact
with
employees
and
etc.
I
love
shopping
there
because
lidl
has
good
food
and
other
good
quality
garanteed.
By
the
way
nowadays
is
very
close
to
my
house.
Today
06/08/2020
around
19h
I
went
for
shopping
with
my
partner
for
a
few
items
that
were
missing
in
my
fridge,
we
got
there,
started
looking
for
the
things
and
so
on,
in
the
middle
of
our
shopping
a
security
guard
started
following
our
steps
as
we
were
doing
something
bad.
I
did
not
realize
at
first,
my
partner
did
and
started
to
get
a
little
ancious,
then
he
talked
to
me
about
the
situation
that
was
going
on
our
surrounds.
As
we
are
in
a
new
home
we
still
need
a
couple
of
equipments
like
a
micro-wave
and
we
also
went
to
Lidl
to
see
whether
they
had
one
or
not,
luckly
they
had
a
cornerstone
with
many
ones.
We
started
looking
for
the
reviews
at
the
internet,
comparing
the
specifications
of
it
with
other
ones
that
we
are
planning
to
buy,
but
the
security
guard
kept
there
staring
at
us,
acting
like
we
were
thieves
and
about
to
do
a
theft.
This
was
really
unconfortable
and
disrespectfull.
We
decide
not
to
buy
that
one
because
the
envirorment
was
really
bad
and
could
not
finish
the
searches
we
were
doing
to
take
a
decision
of
buying
or
not
the
micro-wave,
we
moved
to
the
plants,
believe
it
or
not
the
security
guard
once
more
came
and
stopped
right
in
front
of
us
and
kept
staring
as
we
were
still
doing
something
wrong.
What
a
really,
really
unconfortable
situation
that
we
were
in.
We
moved
to
the
line
of
the
cashier
to
pay
the
things
that
we
had
in
our
shopping
bags
and
guess
what?
the
security
guard
was
once
more
in
front
of
us
in
the
same
cashier
staring
at
us.
Diego
and
I
are
really
polite
and
we
were
not
doing
anything
wrong,
just
shopping.
WOuld
be
very
much
appreciated
if
LIDL
give
us
a
response
of
this
and
till
there
we
are
not
coming
back.
