    Your usual airport cafĂŠ. They offer a selection of snacks - baked goods, pastries, sandwiches, salads and cookies as well as a range of cold and hot drinks. The service is prompt. The staff are friendly and approachable.

    Completely messy organization. I ordered a sandwich and a coffee; one lady took the sandwich while a second lady made made pay by card. After queuing for 7 min to get the sanwich and the coffee, I realized that the second lady had only charged me the coffee... I told them there was a mistake and I still had to pay for the sandwich that had been put aside for me, but this was not anticipated in their protocol and the only way to get my sandwich was to start again from the beginning: queue +5 min to pay and another +7 min to arrive to the serving area. Not the best perspective when you are about to miss a super early flight with an empty stomach :(

    This is after significant coaching and after paying for an extra shot because they filled my restretto draw with a full cup of poorley steamed milk. The initial draw for a single shot half filled the cup. I asked him to redraw it but restretto and then to just make the total half the cup. After filling the cup with milk I had him add another shot at my expense. Clearly they are not trained to really care about what they are doing and have no idea how to draw coffee out of an espresso machine or how to grind it. This is a shame because the place looks very nice and has all the right equipment. What they lack is any attention to detail or care to what they're doing.

    Worst breakfast ever. ""cappuccino"" + croissant + orange juice for 10€. Do they dare to call this a cappuccino?! It's searing dirty water. The employees basically don't speak English and anyway they are so rude. I went there just because at 8 am was the only one open.

    A nice atmosphere, but the £3.90 cappuchino is a disaster. Starbucks 20m away would be a far superior option... and that’s saying something. The ham and cheese croisant was edible, but could be more refined. Staff are friendly though - so that is a big plus. There is so much potential for this cafe. It has the location, serting and branding. Look forward to visiting again and seeing if there are some changes

    Coffee is good, but I would say that service staff could be a bit more active. Most of tables are occupied by dirty plates and cups. No space to place them even if you decide to take them away yourself. Service isn’t super fast, but I would say it’s possibly because of constant crowds.

    Everything looks so delectable from behind their glasses. It’s an Airport cafe so they’re super busy throughout but the average wait time from placing the order to getting the food is not that bad. Tried their mozzarella tomato baguette and it was pretty good.

    The place is fantastic but I want to comment on the cappuccino - sometimes more is less. the capuccino as I took the picture impressed me due to its size. It 's a soup bowl. This may look interesting but it makes the experience not so good because as you taste the crema it separates from the coffee and you drink only the coffee. So the true cappuccino experience only comes back in the end of the drink. The coffee and the milk are very good so I would suggest the standard size cup so you would feel the mixture of the milk and the coffee all along the drink - when you as for a cappuccino you don't want to explore, you want to feel awesome ! Congratulations anyway !

    Der Cappuccino hat leider nichts mit Cappuccino zu tun. Milch wird im Pappbecher geschäumt und maximal überbrüht. Preis 4,10€. Zumindest war die Dame sehr freundlich und bot mir einen zweiten an. Da auch der zweite Versuch nichts war, bekam ich ohne Probleme mein Geld zurück.

    Well I would like to say it was pleasant or at least not to bad but the server took my almost half full cup of espresso from the table to put it away. She dropped it on her plate so she even made a mess taking my cup... when I made her aware that I wasn’t done, she just lifted her shoulders and walked away... It would be one thing to take accedantely somebodies unfinished stuff but it’s different if the server doesn’t regret it or if there is even no apologize.
