Cashiers
are
slow
and
their
automatic
machines
always
have
problems.
I've
been
going
to
this
supermarket
for
2
months
and
recently
I
was
bothered
once
again
by
little
girls
while
I
was
just
looking
at
the
products.
This
is
the
second
time.
Last
time
2
girls
were
bothering
me
while
I
was
scanning
the
products
and
paying.
The
guard
only
took
action
to
tell
one
of
them
that
she
couldn't
bring
inside
the
supemarket
the
kite
she
was
holding
and
that
she
put
above
my
products
while
laughing
and
saying
stuff
I
couldn't
understand.
A
cashier
was
close
by,
saw
everything
and
didn't
move
a
finger.
Few
days
ago
2
girls
were
trying
to
start
a
fight
with
me.
I
ignored
them
and
then
they
started
following
me
with
their
friends.
They
were
behind
me
and
were
calling
me
names.
Once
I
spoke
in
english
they
ran
away
laughing.
I
found
the
guard,
spoke
about
the
issue
and
he
told
me
he
couldn't
do
anything.
He
told
me
to
speak
to
the
Police
instead.
Very
helpful.
I
can
see
with
my
own
eyes
that
this
is
a
very
bad
area,
but
you
can't
just
ignore
a
customer
complaint.
Edpecially
when
something
Is
happening
in
front
of
you.
Before
coming
here
I
never
had
problems
while
shopping.
Never
I
also
have
something
to
say
about
the
bar.
One
month
ago
I
asked
a
bartender
If
they
make
cappuccinos.
She
said
yes.
Therefore,
sometimes
I
ordered
It.
I
understood
that
here
it's
not
a
popular
drink
for
breakfast,
but
an
employee
confirmed
that
they
make
It,
so
when
I
felt
like
It,
I
asked
for
It.
One
day
I
went
back
to
the
bar
and
there
were
3
bartenders.
I
ordered
the
cappuccino.
Well,
a
bartender
made
a
comment
out
loud.
It
was
something
on
the
lines
of
"this
girl
always
orders
It"
and
she
sounded
annoyed
by
this.
One
woman
laughed.
The
woman
who
made
that
comment
knows
that
I'm
not
portuguese,
but
she
underestimated
my
understanding
of
the
portuguese
language.
I
understood
what
she
said
and
I
hated
that
she
treated
me
like
that
because
I'm
a
foreigner
who
dared
to
ask
for
a
drink
that
she
herself
confirmed
that
is
available.
This
habit
of
making
comments
about
what
I
order
hasn't
died.
I
kept
coming
back
despite
that
unprofessional
behaviour
and
despite
of
how
slow
their
service
Is.
Today
I
ordered
again
and
there
were
2
bartenders.
Well,
one
bartender
made
a
comment
on
the
pastry
I
order.
She
said
this
out
loud
and
laughingly
said
that
today
I
changed
food,
whereas
I
always
order
something
else.
The
other
colleague
kept
quiet.
I
said
that
I
understood,
so
the
woman
that
spoke
about
me
was
caught
off
guard
and
repeated
she
simply
said
this.
So
what?
The
fact
that
I'm
a
foreigner
gives
you
no
right
to
make
comments
about
me
in
front
of
other
clients.
It's
unprofessional
and
disrespectful.
First
the
problem
was
the
cappuccino,
now
it's
the
pastry
that
I
choose
to
est.
I've
always
been
respectful
and
unlike
many
of
your
clients,
I
don't
leave
what
I
used
on
the
table.
But
no,
my
fault
is
being
a
foreigner.
Don't
worry,
I'm
certainly
not
coming
back
and
your
poor
version
of
a
caffellatte
won't
be
missed.
