Really a horrible experience with this company a nightmare ..... First they made me wait 50 minutes on my arrival at the airport and already this was a bad sign (I was at the airport at night there was not a minimum of traffic so they can not say that the fault is the traffic....) Second: when they brought me back the car there was a big hole in the front door .... I have written many emails (they never answer), I have called them many times and they have always said that they would paid but they never did .....6 months have passed so I'm upset.... so for this reasons I decided at least to I write about my experience with this company.....

So, it's a car park... Good stuff is as follows... 1. Easy to get to from the motorway, just a couple of minutes. 2. Staff very friendly and helpful. 3. Free shuttle to airport just 5 minutes away. 4. Easy pick up on return, just a phone call and 5 mins later your shuttle arrives. 5. Its €5 a day. Highly recommended as there was nothing negative in my experience.

NEVER GO THERE ! They destroy my car... then they repainted it badly so that I don't see.. I contacted my laywer but it's too late becaus I dont see it directly. Never nerver never go there !!!!!! it's look like I'm not the only one in the case....

The pickup from the airport back to my car took over an hour. On arrival they claimed I wasn’t waiting at the correct spot and that three drivers were looking for me. Funnily nobody even bothered calling me and bringing me back to my car. If I wouldn’t have taken initiative I would probably still be waiting for them now. I waited where the drop off told me to wait when I started my travel and where I also waited and was picked up successfully the last two times I used their service. This was definitely the third and last time for me and I can not even put into words how little skill and ability is necessary to do such a simple job/service but they still manage to fail and to disappoint. Clear instructions written in an email or on a piece of paper would solve this instead of a back and forth and claims about what was said verbally when dropping the car. Ridiculous that those guys do their job every single day and do not even come up with such simple solutions to problems like these. No interest or passion in their own job and any primate would do a better job in streamlining their work processes and communicating with clients. Then also the mockery when I arrived on how difficult it was to find me. Never faced such unprofessionalism in my life. Going through all this even though I’m Portuguese and am a local living in Lisbon so language barrier definitely wasn’t an issue and I also know the airport well enough to not have been completely lost. Com gente como vocês nem é um milagre que este país não vai a frente.

I brought them a clean car. I get back a car that looks like it has been driven through a mud lot. Their explanation was that it rained. Not Ever has my car got this dirty in any situation before. Be careful of using their service.

We booked it as the web Page explained It was 24 hours. Our plane was delayed and It was quite late. They phoned me to say they were not picking me Up and that I should pick Up my car Next day. They eventually picked us Up bit gave us a dificult time. Not what i expect. Be careful. Will not book with them again definitely.

My car was parked outside. Got the catalytic converter and air mass flow sensor stolen. They stopped taking my calls and answering emails (full mail box). I had to drive there to receive the reimbursement just for the catalytic converter. I still wasn't reimbursed for the air mass flow sensor. Was a good service but if anything goes wrong it will be hassle. I'll use another service next time.

im not rating at all,trip from lisbon airport with meet & greet service. took over a hour to get car picked up, its a internatioal airport & only spoke portuguese we end up finding some who spoke english & portuguese in coffee shop thank goodness to speak with them or we might be still there as they keept hanging up. then the return for pick up told 20 min for them to bring car to me, which would have been fine 2 phone calls later & over one & half hours of waiting out in the cold called with the thought of they are not going to return my car to me & it was meet & greet service !

They drove my car while it was parked at the garage! They didn’t give us a slip as they confused us at check in, saying there was no record of our reservation even though we booked through Park Via and we had head to the airport to catch our flight. After waiting for over one hour for them to pick us up from the airport, we found damage on our car! There was a half tank of petrol when I left it with them and when I picked it up, there was barely enough left to make it to the nearest petrol station! Both the driver and front passenger seat AC and seats settings were changed so it was obvious they had used it while we were away. Very unprofessional and I am very angry as I had been a loyal customer who had used them several times before.

Fast, easy and safe. Need to improve my portuguese for optimum experience but will use again.
