I have been coming to Sac midtown Cryo for over a year and it has changed my life! My arthritis, inflammation and pain has gotten significantly better. Surprisingly my mood has also improved. The people who work there are extremely friendly and helpful, like a big family. I usually do the sauna and then cold chamber I highly recommend it!!

They were amazing. We took our 14yr old here to help recover after back to back soccer games in the Davis heat. He’s been having some knee pain and the cryotherapy helped dramatically. Each session he wanted to add more services because it was working so well. The staff was super knowledgeable, professional and extremely nice. I would suggest it any day of the week!

I had a nice experience at the US Cryotherapy Davis center. I am new to this treatment and have great hope that I can get rid of my plantar fasciitis. Today was my first treatment and everyone was very helpful and informative. I look forward to going back

US Cryotherapy services are amazing. I have been going there since they first opened to recover from injuries and soreness from sports and regular life activities. The staff is very professional and helpful ! US Cryotherapy is a major part of my regular therapy for lifetime health and mental fitness !

Victoria was so lovely. My first time in and she gave me 5 treatments. Such a new therapy for me. I came in so I could alleviate pain from a double hip bursitis, and I can see how these treatments will be beneficial. I signed up for a membership to really hit the rehab hard. I’m optimistic.

Megan and Anthony are both great! First time here and the experience was amazing! I’m a disabled veteran and Megan had me at ease in the Cyro Camber! Without her I would have walked out; I’m so glad I didn’t! She did explained everything and was super knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the treatment; in fact, I’ll be going back with my son tomorrow and I’ll purchase a package! So if you have pain, you recommend highly that you try Cryitherapy!

This was my first visit to see if I could get help alleviating some persistent elbow pain. I opted for a spot treatment and Sofia gave me a tour of the facility. I did receive some benefit after the visit and I will be exploring more options at this location in the near future.
