Wesley and team are great. Used the space for in-person team gather as it was a central location for people coming Marin, Sac and Peninsula. Full transparency, I was a bit concerned at first in terms of parking and safety, but it was all very smooth. LOVE the energy of the space, and we will be back!

I have experience working in various coworking spaces in New York, and I can confidently say that the level of service and comfort in this coworking space is much higher than in most New York coworking spaces. The distinguishing feature of this coworking space is the professionalism of the management team. They are always in touch and ready to help with any questions. They have created an atmosphere that allows you to concentrate on work and inspires productivity. In addition, the coworking space offers many amenities, such as fast and reliable internet, excellent equipment, spacious work areas, and much more. Very pleased to discover a great co-working space near my while staying in Richmond on business. I travel for work and have used different co-working spaces on the west coast. This place is top-notch. It was quiet, impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities! Wesley was kind and welcoming. Can't say enough good things. Will definitely return when I'm in the area.

Really grateful for my experiences with CoBiz! While I have not been an official member of their co-working space (I don’t live quite close enough for it to make sense), I’ve booked rooms for important meetings and trainings off site as a School Administrator. Today, I had the opportunity to host a group of Mental Health and Social Emotional Learning school leaders and educators, and the space was perfectly functional, warm, and flexible for us. I also had an issue with my email address changing so I was having issues with accessing the app for the door being opened, but the staff was supportive, coming in early to make sure that I was able to get my team in for a great experience. Multiple of my trainees noted how comfortable, sunny, and modern the space was, and wifi, outlets, and a wall mounted tv allowed us to make the most of our time together in service of supporting our students in the community. All the people I’ve interacted with from CoBiz have been kind, helpful, and accommodating, even with a booking I made close to the date of the event. Thank you all so much for a great experience!
