The employees here are what make this store special. They are friendly and incredibly helpful.

Small, but has almost everything - and super knowledgeable and helpful staff. They seem to try to stock the better brands and superior products, better than the competition that seems to carry mostly the low price lower quality merchandise.

I'm always surprised how much they can pack into this little store. I can often find things in this store that aren't available at the big box stores. And their prices are spot on, so you get the best of both worlds. Their staff is awesome and always asking if they can help. And they have answers, something the big box stores just can't offer.

The owner and the staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Today I needed a metric bolt and nut and wasn't sure of the correct length. The owner sent me off with two lengths and only charged me for one. This is service above and beyond. No doubt that anytime I can buy what I need from LAH I will avoid the big box home improvement centers and buy local.

As a local General Contractor the staff are very knowledgeable and has a wide verity of hardware and supplies for most any projects. If they don’t have it, they can try and find it for you. My favorite Hardware-store

Store layout is much different than when I last bought a brass coupling for emergency plumbing repair which corroded and failed eventually in a year. Discovered it was imported "yellow" brass from somewhere in Asia. Expensive lesson.

Isn't that one of God's 10 commandments - hardware stores shall be open on all Sundays, every Sunday? They used to be open on Sundays before this Covid business and their remodel. Now I have to drive to Home Depot and deal with lackluster customer service - ugh! Henry, you have a great shop - why no Sundays?
