In N Out is always getting it right! Burgers are awesome and fresh and just look right spot on. They are tasty and definitely fresh tasting as well. Perfect balance of flavors and freshness. Parking around the restaurant is free and there are plenty of spots. The napkins are free too, as well as the free water. Double doubles are a great choice to start.

The employees were all smiling and very happy to help. The restaurant was very clean. Food was prepared fast.

Always busy, yet always a good time. The customer service is always great! The place is always clean and nostalgic. Slap a Mel's and an A&W next to it and you've got Roseville California from the 50's 😉. Not the biggest fan of the fries, but don't forget to ask for the spread. And fresh pink lemonade is always going. I ❤️ In N Out! 😍

The place was absolutely PACKED, I had never had In n Out before this and I'll never be having it again. I have never ever felt nauseous after eating fast food in my LIFE until the place. I ordered a burger and animal fries. The burger was Okay at best but there was a hint of something strange, and once I moved onto the animal fries it was all over. They tasted DISGUSTING!!! The cheese tasted like dollar tree Kraft singles put in a microwave and the sauce... my god the sauce, it tasted like they mixed expired mayonnaise and horseradish together and just plopped it on some stale fries. I am not joking or overreacting when I tell you that after I left, I felt hungover af. Fast food has NEVER made me feel that way. I have no idea how people can eat this stuff and say with a straight face that it is good.

Visitor from OH. One of my "to eat" places was In N Out. I'm so happy it was on the list!! Now I'm back in OH and wish someone would open one of these near me! The spread? DEEE LISH!!

Double double is good but too many calories for a simple flavor of burger. Better take a cheeseburger and do not gain too much fat in your body.

Obviously one of the best burger places ever and service is second to none and super clean and that goes 4 every one I've been to but their shakes are the worst and that goes for every one I have ever visited also, there like a foam texture and I don't think I have ever had one at the temperature that a freeze drink should be I'm pretty sure there softdrinks are colder. I wish I could give them a 10 but they need a serious upgrade on there shake skills awesome food tho.

Fast, hot burgers at a great price! We are always greeted with big smiles. Love their real ice cream milkshakes!

There are beggars right outside the door, every night, and the management encourages this behavior with hugs and free food! The place is filthy and getting harassed and guilt trip makes this location not worth visiting!

It's always packed, we never go inside. The food was nice and hot If you have a good 10 to 20 minutes to wait. I would recommend

Since the pandemic. The lettuce in the burger is getting less and less, it only covered the middle half of the burger. Otherwise food was good. Service for the food was fast (#1 animal style), ran out of lemonade and lemon after our first round of drinks. Norman was great, he took care of spills under the table, clean tables with disinfectant wipes, took care of our tray after we were finished with our food. Very pleasant person ( younger generation needs to learn from Norman).

Out of towner here- Came with a few friends for lunch and was so incredibly unimpressed with this place. Totally unsure what is the draw. The menu is only about 6 items deep and not a thing for vegetarians. Although you could probably order a bun with condiments on it if you absolutely hate the taste of food and were desperate enough. Staff was pretty unfriendly to a point of snooty when ordering. Asking about anything because apparently you need to unlock the Da Vinci Code for other items. So I ate fries with “spread”. I was excited when my friend told me the fries were cut fresh, so at least I get a good fry since that’s my only option for food, right?! These fries were borderline uncooked, fully limp and soggily drenched in oil. Idk why they serve it with a packet of salt because I tried mine straight from the kitchen and nearly gagged on the amount of salt. Like fully coated in a crystal like sheen. Total gag If you’re a vegetarian, do not go here!!Such a shame because a place in California, one might expect more. But No

I would like to express my immense gratitude and appreciation to Scott, the manager at In-N-Out located at the intersection of Madison and Date, for his swift decision-making and effective assistance in finding my lost bag with important documents. My family and I were at this location today, and I accidentally left my bag behind. I also want to mention that we visit this place often; it has excellent staff, amazing service, and nice place. Thank you once again! We are overjoyed and so happy!

Such a great experience. The staff made it the final point of great service. So nice and kind. The little chatting made it fun and happy. Such a great place. The food was so yummy and fresh. Good fast food is never so great and fresh usually it is warmed up frozen patties but, this was fresh on the spot. I was so impressed.

To the management: Please ensure that your cashiers are not shorting your customers by adjusting funny numbers like this. I came today and paid 12 dollars and the receipt says I paid 11.42 and that there was no change, but the cashier gave me a dime back. Regardless whether that was a mistake, no change in your store, or pure theft, there needs to be more explanation to this. I addressed this with the person at the second window, and she said there's no problem with that receipt. Thank you for your time.

I stopped in craving a burger and was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. Placing my order was a breeze and I found a great table clean and ready for me. I felt very safe at this location. Thanks for the great experience.
