Why is there not a testing site for Covid at Kaiser in Fairfield ca ? Why is there no hotline for covid at Kaiser ? Kaiser is my insurance , why is this information not being made available to everyone . I have called Kaiser so many times to schedule a test . . The phone system keeps hanging up on me . Update ::: there is a hotline now . Thank you .

I called to cancel my order with my glasses and was told they would be sending them “free” instead. I reiterated I would like to cancel the order and was reassured that it would be canceled. Just yesterday I received my glasses in the mail and the charge on my credit card has been reversed $30 for the polycarbonate lens’s (shatter proof). Yet they used my insurance to order these glasses and are not “free” so I am no longer able to order glasses anywhere else with my insurance ! I can only get one pair here due to the price, however if I take my business somewhere else I can get up to 4 glasses for the same price! Feeling completely ripped off ! I can’t believe I was told the order was canceled when it wasn’t ! Losing my patience with Kaiser from many MANY disappointing experiences here. I passed out on the floor when I was 11 where they now have a rug near pediatrics from a rushed blood draw, I chipped my tooth and they pushed a grievance form on my mother which in turn released their liability!!! When I talked to member services as an adult even THEY were disgusted with what happened ! Can’t believe they treated me like that as a child !!! Filthy and disgusting behavior ! Guess who still has a chip in their tooth ?? No liability here, honesty terrifying American healthcare. Pls take care of yourself so you don’t have to come here

If you have children, Dr. Macapal (Dr. Mac) is the doctor you want. Very responsive. I'll message him in the middle of the night and get a response as soon as they open, sometimes before they open. Very honest, caring and professional.

I need to take my daughter in. There was no line or anybody in front of us at the pediatrics office. I also saw a familiar face of the nurse who let us in. He is an old friend that I went to grade school with amazing that he stayed local like me. The doctor and her student assistant was very attentive to my daughter as she is in her talkative ages.

The lady checking for COVID at the entrance was helpful. The security dude that works at the lab entrance is straight up tripping. Lucky for him I’m with my mother and father. Situation wouldn’t be fun for him if it wasn’t for that fact. Hospital should consider an actual admin to facilitate the lab line. Security is just not qualified to deal with it.

I had an outstanding experience. Dr. Whitmore was very thorough. He answered all the questions I knew or could remember to ask. Note: I have been without health care for 11 months, so there was much to evaluate. Dr. Whitmore's follow-up on all my health parameters was stellar and quick (I was not expecting such a quick response with the diagnosis). I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Whitmore.

I was really happy to the service of Lacinda Manno at Radiology Department gave me, She was really professional and so much patience at me while doing an xtray. She was very kind and absolutely love to make a good review here.. Is there 10 stars ⭐️ i can give her. I really do appreciate people like her and I was the last patient and still have the energy. Very nice and I was really impressed!

I felt she listened to me, which was not something my other Dr. did. She provided relief and a plan for me. I will come back to her because it is the first time I felt a PCP listened and cared.

I wasn't expecting to get the hip joint shot that day, but the doctor was able to accommodate me and the nurse pra toner did an excellent job, I hope to return to get the other hip done... guess what I'm doing to day wearing healed boots and loving it not much pain and steady sturdy walking. I was opting for knee shots, true the knees are bone to bone but the hips are really the problem, not the knees. Thank you for my visit I appreciate my doctor and the nurse practioner that assessed and gave the shot. They both did a great and timely job, and I am walking in heals ; something I haven't done in ages. Thank you God bless and merry happy Christmas 🎄 😊 from me to all of the staff at family medicine.

My doctor knows my past and current health care, and always take the time to check on conditions I didn't see her for. She's friendly, makes me feel comfortable at all my visits.

Dr. Redwood is an amazing doctor. She listens to my concerns and works with me to assist me in keeping my body in working order. She is intuitive, and she listens as well as educates. Am blessed to have her as my care provider.

The doctor was knowledgeable about my medical history prior to my appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain all of my options and helped me to choose the best course of action for myself. I was comfortable the whole time and left feeling better than when I arrived due to the anxiety my issue was causing me.

Had to go to Nurse Clinic for wound care I have been to several Kaiser centers, but this one is absolutely the best staff I have had the pleasure of getting care from! Friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable, I have unusual situation with my ankle, they didn’t tell me they could not help, they told me they were going to figure out how to fix the problem. Unlike some doctors have told me. I really believe an NP is better at taking care of a lot of patients, than most doctors I have seen in my lifetime. I would like to thank each one! Alma

I found the staff extremely helpful it was my first visit to this office the doctor was pleasant and looked my past medical history the lady that took my blood pressure was great and helped me relax over all a very pleasant experience
