This
review
is
based
on
my
experience
with
online
booking
and
trying
to
contact
the
clinic
itself.
I
have
not
been
inside
the
clinic
or
received
care
here,
so
please
keep
that
in
mind
when
reading
this
review!
I
made
an
appointment
online
for
a
minor
issue.
On
their
website
they
have
appointment
slots
available
to
book
until
6:15pm,
and
because
of
my
availability
I
chose
a
slot
past
4pm.
I
received
a
call
that
let
me
know
I
booked
an
appointment
that
wasn’t
within
their
hours
of
operation
and
to
call
them
back
for
a
slot
earlier
in
the
day.
When
I
called
back
I
was
on
hold
for
six
minutes,
and
then
someone
must
have
accidentally
picked
up
my
phone
call.
I
heard
a
woman
typing
and
saying
the
words
she
was
typing
out
loud,
which
hopefully
wasn’t
patient
information.
After
a
few
hello’s
I
hung
up
to
prevent
hearing
anything
I
wasn’t
supposed
to.
The
second
time
I
called
I
was
on
hold
for
12
minutes
before
I
was
disconnected.
Then
I
called
a
third
time
and
was
finally
able
to
reach
someone
after
about
6
or
7
minutes.
I
ended
up
rescheduling
but
later
in
the
day
decided
to
seek
help
elsewhere
because
I
was
in
pain
and
needed
to
find
help
asap.
I
called
again
to
cancel
the
rescheduled
appointment
and
luckily
this
time
I
only
had
to
call
once,
and
waited
about
15
minutes
to
receive
quick
help
from
a
friendly
masculine
voice.
TLDR;
being
able
to
book
an
unavailable
time
slot
doesn’t
make
sense
and
it
was
difficult
to
get
in
contact
with
someone
via
phone
call.
