Visited the place today for an haircut. "Professional hair dresser" had no idea about what he was doing. Botched up my hair even after clear instructions. You would be better off going to some local shop rather than this fancy cash burner.

Visited for hair spa. I went for a basic one but they suggested to go for a better one, argon or mythic oil spa. But after the hair spa it looked just like a normal hair wash. No shine at all. When I told this to senior hair dresser. He casually said thik to hai, touch n feel. So shine is something that should be seen easily and no touch is required for that. What I felt is customer satisfaction is not their motive at all. Today I will again have to go for hair spa, definitely at some other place Second update, about they deal with customers after google reviews. A girl named RITIKA from Groomify called me up and started shouting at me and said “why did u post such review, it shows your behaviour”. I am wondering how posting an experience shows my behaviour and who is she to threaten me from posting. She is such a highly unprofessional and also shows her temperament towards the customer. I wish all the best to the OWNER OF GROOMIFY who is daring to run his business with such rude, arrogant and completely inappropriate people who scolds and threaten their customers rather than improving the situation. Took high charges for beard cutting and yet not trimmed it properly. They just did it in so hurry and also not cleaned the face properly just applied cream and massaged it normally. Took very high charges. Not recommending anyone for this.

Team did a good job. Best haircut ever I got. Ravindra is very helpful and understanding regarding haircut.,he knows actually what client wants. Highly recommended.
