The place to be at for Biryani! I always end up going to this outlet in CP when I’m craving some good food and what better than Biryani. Their Lucknowi Biryani is a go-to recommendation if you’re not good with spices. It comes with a Peanut Salan instead of Raita which has a pleasing thickness and texture. Their Chicken Boneless Biryani is a bit more spicier and is the usual style Biryani you might find at other places. But nonetheless, combined with their excellent Raita and Green Chutney it excels. We also tried their Veg Galouti Kebab and I can happily suggest this as a viable option to both the vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian folks. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something reliable when it comes to Biryani. They do take 30mins or so as they cook the biryani fresh but it most definitely is worth it. The outlet in particular comprises of well thought out decor with efficient service.

We visited here and ate Chicken korma with Rumali roti and Gulab jamun with Rabri. Chicken korma taste was so nice and Rumali roti size was so big. Gulab jamun with rabri was also so tasty. They also gave complementary Paped with two different types of Paped. Whole atmosphere was so nice.

Cannaught place can be confusing for 1st timers. Google maps can also sometimes act up and you may find it difficult to search this place. However you can open the CP map and locate it on your own. That way it will be much easier. The atmosphere gives you warmth, and a little vibe of Mughal times and slow music 🎵 makes you feel cozy. Once you order the biryani of your choice, it might take 20-25 min at the most, but i definitely loved the wait as the food was delicious. Meanwhile, you can take photos, of course only if you want. We ordered gosht hyderabadi biryani and chicken 65 biryani. All the biryani here come in handi. They themselves serve us the biryani. But if you like, you can also serve it on your own. They have 2 options for water - regular and mineral. The mineral one, they have their own biryani by kilos brand water. I guess they charged us around 70Rs for it. So, you can go with regular water as well. If you're a biryani lover, give it a try.

Very small place as it looked more like an outlet for Swiggy and Zomato. Although it was fine in we got 15% off because of bill payment through Zomato. Small space but clean. Tried chicken seekh kebab and chicken fry biryani.

First station of our Biryani Haul today! We were welcomed by a royal and elegant ambience and a warmly welcoming staff. The place is relatively small for dine in, so it'd be better if you reserve in advance. We went off beat and ended up ordering Kolkata style Mutton biryani, which is supposed to be mild yet flavorful, and contains an aloo and egg as well. I'd say the Biryani decently passed considering it's not mainstream in North India, however considering the price, they should offer bigger Mutton pieces with more aloo and eggs. Overall, one should give the place a try for their variety of biryanis and mughlai starters.

Pathetic. Worst biryani I even had in my life. I almost felt claustrophobic in this 5*5 din in restro on top of that this worst possible biryani with broken and sticky rice.

Food was not up to the mark, different cuisines tasted the same. Overall experience not good.

It was a wonderful experience here , ambiance , their food and sevice was top notch . The much hyped biriyani by kilo was a good one , much anticipated birayani in a clay pot was nice and warm, their rumali roti aswell was good. Had heard a lot about their packaging and the biriyani but never the less got to be their and loved it..
