I am continuing and a frequent customer of Caterspoint. I have taken orders from various outlets of Caterspoint in the past. The only order which I place always is a Cocktail Fruit Crunch Salad. Yesterday, I went to Dwarka outlet and had a nightmare and worst experience ever from the outlet. The outlet served me the salad which was completely filled with only apples and sun melon and other fruits were just for window dressing. The outlet dis not even put pomegranate, Pineapple and oranges and also walnuts (crunch) in the salad which is a part of the composition mentioned on Zomato as well while placing the order. The Customer Care Head (Usman) made it even worse by giving me stupid excuses and behaving in a rude and indecent way. We pay a bomb to this outlet to get a quality product but the level and acumen of the entire staff is like unskilled labourers. I would strongly recommend everyone to think twice before placing any order to Caterspoint as you will be feeling cheated and there is no one to hear your grievance as well.

Great place for variety of options with yummy meals , drinks and lots of great food , snacks , sandwiches and huge variety of sabudana khichdi ! We order often and love it ! The style presentation is really nice !

I am a regular customer of this restaurant and i can happily say this that I have never been disappointed with whatever I have chosen to order . I have tried the tomato soup , upma , poha. Custard , sandwich , pasta , hummus pita , smoothies. Their packaging is great always , spill proof and sturdy . Been more than two years now that I have been ordering from here but their has been great consistency in their quality of the food. Great portion size too.

Recently ordered my meal from this place I tried their five pepper basil pasta Cheese pizzario sandwich Fruit custard and mango refreshing drink Everything was extremely delicious and healthy as well I totally loved their food They're taking full precautions while cooking and delivering the food Highly recommend place by my side

Food is not at all healthy... extravaganza sandwich has nothing but paneer lettuce n loads n loads of mayonnaise.....chimichuri salad had chunks of veggies with masaledar spicy n oily paneer.....salad n sandwich i ordered because of ingredients they have mentioned but Desi mirchi vala salad n sandwich mein mayonnaise like really....

Ordered sandwich couple of times, more or less home like sandwich they prepare and sell at very high price. Get some dips, vegetables and Bread and you'll get same taste and looking sandwich at home. That too at much cheaper prices. If you cannot make one or lazy enough to take that much effort, good place to order. I didn't liked it much as they don't have any uniqueness in that. Also, none of their sandwich are healthy as they all contains Sauces made from Mayonnaise.

Ordered Mahashivratri fasting food from them through Swiggy. It is 2 hours since I placed the order. It was to be delivered within 45 minutes. I do not understand why they accepted the order at the first place. Totally irresponsible. Not recommended. Bad place

If you don't want to starve yourself to death don't order food from this restaurant. They are so slow and their food also not worth waiting that long. If you love yourself don't order food from this restaurant.
