😒Pretty average salon with not so great experience. There was nothing absolutely wrong with the place or the people. But the overall experience was definitely sub-par the regular Cut and Style experience. Both me and my wife independently had this unanimous opinion after we went for a some high end services. It’s like going to a regular kind of salon and paying more than the value. The staff seemed new and didn’t give a vibe of an experienced salon person. 😕 If you have to go to cut and style, we find the one of Sector 43 much better than this one. Avoid here if you can. 😎Pro tip - instead of buying packages of 5k or 10k that offer you Store Specific discount of 30%, it is better to go for cut and style loyalty cards that are store independent and offer you 20% discount.

Very regular kind of salon. Not at all cut and style experience. Had very awesome experience in vyapar Kendra outlet. This one is below average. So called stylist had cut my hair randomly. Had to visit some other outlet to get this fixed.

Very bad haircut The hairdresser named Tanmay did a horrible job. Even after we asked him to correct it, he couldn’t. Very choppy and outdated haircut. I asked him to cut layers but he cut steps. They don’t even have basic training. No one in Gurgaon has given me such a bad haircut before. They charge extra for hair wash but were pulling my hair so bad while washing. No conditioner after wash too. Bad service. Bad staff. Maybe other hairdressers are good but this one was a nightmare. Would not visit again.

Had a shaving session at sector 31 branch. I don’t know why these guys are in a big hurry to finish, they give a big cut on my chin and down the nose. On discussion with manager, only a sorry which is so light like they can ruin anything to save time. Highly a big no for Cut & Style since we expect professionalism from brands. A saloon under a tree is providing far better services than this one. Highly disappointed and painful.

I have been a regular client of Cut and style sector 31 since last 10 years but never experienced such a great relaxing pedicure which is done by Vishal … although I am using alga pedicure from last 1 year ….if we apply products with knowledge it surely give some results and that happened when I visited lastly …it was wonderful experience and the efforts he put to was commendable

Option not available to rate 1 star else I would have chosen that. They don't know how to do threading at all. So many cuts on the forehead nd still it's not clean. Very rude staff and they lie alot also. Very expensive according to service provided

Absolute shameful customer experience from customer relation executive. charged me for Shampoo plus conditioner and didn’t apply conditioner and gave the reason later when i asked that billing is computerised we cannot do anything. bad day… Unfair
