Rooms are ok But staff is not Lack of response as well as responsibility in staff Don't go by the beautiful building of the hotel Not recommended

Average hotel 🏨 with... A good staff But some how rooms didn't match my expectations

Good hotel with average rooms

- Worst ever place to stay in Kashipur. - Poor room service and rude behavior of Hotel staff including manager, owner and all others. - Dirty rooms and other amenities. - Wine is allowed to bring from outside but food is not allowed, they will force you to buy their stupid and unhygienic food.

- Worst ever place to stay in Kashipur. - Service is damn irritating and frustrating. - Outside wine is allowed but outside food is not allowed. - Unhygienic room, washroom, and ambience. - TV, wifi not working. Overall, highly disappointed over my decision of choosing Hotel Kumaon plaza.

Nice hotel stayed for a night , good service

Good pleasant stay very welcoming and Polite staffs GM and owners were very polite and Caring about the guests Good Food.... If buffet breakfast option is there as a Package that will be fine

Just a ok place, higher on cost side, old furniture and rooms are too small. But in all its a good place.

The best thing is the location of this hotel. Rooms are spacious and staff is helpful. Good for a short stay.
