Very bad hotel, i booked from OYO but hotel person denied to chek in on OYO app price asking 2000 more for a day... And having family.. Already inform to hotel to late check in but when i reached there they misbehaving to us.. Oyo people's unable to help.. Hotel staff drunk too.

The worst hotel ever seen.. They asking 4k extra from oyo booking amount.. The person start abusing language.. As we are not local.. Decide to move from there.. But request to all never book this hotel.. If booked decently you regret

Worst hotel ever in my life. Complete scammers. Charged double the room price 1600. Stingy room, rude staff and manager. They charged extra 800 just for extra when i was 5 min late for check out. They have an extra broken tv, when you go to debate with them, they say you broke this tv you should give us 10k. They do a role play to make you guilty. They scam foreigners as well as students. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL GUYS. Better staying outside the road is good option.

This the worst place to be in the whole world, instead I would suggest you to to go to a railway station to sleep, we booked this hotel in OYO, but unfortunately or train got delayed by 3 hours, by the time we reached hotel the owner informed that they don't have any rooms, in actual fact when we searched infront of him his hotel shows rooms availability. When we asked the same he started to become aggressive and he straight away said that he didn't want to give hotel to us, I am utterly disappointed in Oyo to get into partnership with such terrible owners, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Worst experience. The picture shown about the room in the oyo varied. They charged 1000...we had to negotiate it to 1000.. initially they're asking for 1500 which was double the amount that is 656 was the price...they said it is for classic ...non AC..and 1000 for AC..we've been staying for more than 4 hours and they haven't turned on the AC ...They changed the room but still got no reply about the AC ...I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE 😑.. SO BAD AT MANAGING HOTEL

I have travelled in India for a month, and this has been by far the worst hotel of all. The staff were so rude for no reason, specially a guy who was 26 years old. He laughed at us all time. Even though we had a reservation, after 3h waiting in the hall, he then said that we should go somewhere else, because they didn’t have rooms. We argued with him, and of course, they had rooms avaible. Also, they made us swith rooms without telling us previously in the middle of our nap, and we saw how they just extended the bed sheets and didn’t clean them. The bed sheets from the new room were disgusting, with yellow and black stains, and he said they were clean. Very very bad treat.

Don't book from Oyo, management is saying that there are no rooms available,and telling talk to Oyo customer.

Poor and Reckless Service. Hygiene is nonexistent; which was pretty evident from the aroma let out by the upper floors. I encountered a situation where the door handle broke off. They repaired it (for the sake of it). But now the key won't go in. In total it took me an hour babysitting the repairers until I was sure my pieces of luggage was inside a locked room. Between and before all this, I had verbal tussles with the guy at the reception who was multitasking by having another oral quarrel with another set of geriatric customers. Amidst all this chaos, the guy was pointing at me blaming for an early arrival. Yeah. It was my fault I arrived early which is why the handle broke off, which is why I had to wait for an hour babysitting, which is why the hotel was smelling like archaic unwashed bedsheets, which is why the customer is being asked to shift to another hotel... The rooms may be cheap. But the poor service... No one deserves that.

Services and staff behaviour is extremely rude. Even if you call in support, they try to escape. One tragic story happned with us in this hotel- Me & my wife went delhi for some personal work and I booked one of the oyo hotel. We reached their about to 23:30 hrs and their hotel staff started misbehaving with us & they drunk, so we immediately left the hotel & then we informed to the oyo customer care. The said that they will investigate the issue and they will refund but after a day I started calling and they said that they will refund but later they said we don't have policy to refund & cut my call several times. Be careful with this brand, every where is the same from kolkata to delhi.

the staff is bad and don't know what customer service means. I paid for the service more than he asked then next day they were accusing me of paying less. I was shifted from ground floor to a room on second floor while the hotel was under renovation and it was unbearable to be sitting in the room even with constant noise. There are no cabinets in the room so book only if you are travelling without luggage.

I would give Rating in minus but not possible. i have visites on 22 of Nov and room was worst. Also geyser was not working so when I complained about it to the manager told me he would turn on but he didn't as he was sleeping. I again complained than he told to keep tap on for 15 Min. Than i have to bath in cold water as i was getting late. Never visit this hotel and he also asked me to cancel OYO booking. Bekar hotel hai. Worst hotel i have ever visited. Khabhi mat jana.

I booked oyo but cleaner said no room. It is early morning. I understand so I will will come back 8 am and I will wait till the 1200. He said no. Okey. Just 1 star.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in such reasonable rates as compared to the same level hotels. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean hygienic and spacious. Hot water available 24 hours. The best was the food. I would give it more than 5 stars. If you are staying in this hotel please book along with breakfast and dinner/lunch. You won't regret. The only drawback is it's location which is a bit far from the main market. Otherwise it's perfect.

Very bad place. Rude receptionist. They display of many amenities including AC, geyser and wifi but provide none. I demand full refund. I would not recommend any one booking a room at this place.
