We went with them for one day Agra tour. The bus was good. They stopped for breakfast, lunch and dinner in really good places which has clean toilets. No complaint at all. But one thing I need to share with you. The tour conductor has no control on the tourists who were there in the same bus. Our fellow tourists were returning to bus after visiting each places almost one hour late from the scheduled time. It was so irritating. It made the one day Agra tour so tiring. it was expected that, they will adhere the same tour time table given by them while booking. But it didn't happen.

I was going with family and young kid.. still they were very un-accommodative.. i paid complete advance while booking...

Delhi day tour in AC bus was very good. .but in the trip they will take you to a shopping centre. Its a over priced private shop,no connection with india govt. dont waste time and money. Tour operator and taxi drivers will get comission for the business thats why they droped us their. Please avoid this place.

I had really a good experience with Panicker's Travel recently. I booked a kullu Manali tour, alongwith flight(TVM - Delhi) and paid a total of 41500 as advance+flight. But, unfortunately due to covid-19, the whole tour was cancelled. So, I requested for refund in their Trivandrum office. They refunded me almost the full tour amount and the flight ticket amount without any problem. In future also I will always book all my tours via panicker's travels only. Very good in service. Easy booking. Enjoyed one day trip in Delhi. Dont book on public holidays as most of the museum are closed. Also, most of the hotels are closed on holidays and only at 4pm lunch was arranged in Tamil Nadu House. Good travels, mainly for those who are from south india and wants to visit different places in north india near delhi agra , Jaipur & other tourists place , you can go for panickers. We took a car from Delhi to agra with tamil driver (vijay) , driver was so good in driving as well as good in character, he took us safely every where in agra before hot sun! and we reached home on time. Guide was so good at explaining about taj Mahal and guide have tie up with genuine photographer who gave soft and hard copies on time. worth for money! if you don't know hindi ! and from Tamil nadu or kerala definitely try panickers travels!

We opted for Agra one day package and the way they cared n guided was really nice. They explained everything before getting down at a monument, guide would walk along with us around, had advantage coupons at every food place, they really cared about travellers ( else would have not managed at 45+ centigrade). Journey Type: Jaipur, Agra and Mathura Date Oct 3, 4 2022 Con: 1. They hold you throughout the trip. No freedom at any spot throughout the journey. 2. No Shopping is allowed by them, we have to buy only from places they direct us to. 3. The places they direct us for shopping are so costly, they do not have MRP rate on product but they say they have fixed price. 4. Very Less places covered. 5. Bus or Event Conductor was rude had very bad experience as he used to mock at all and behaved badly, his name is Oscar. Not sure about his original name. 6. After Mathura, they didn't stop for dinner or restroom on Day 2, all the passengers starved and we reached only at 11:30 pm without dinner. They asked us to have tea alone that too at their preferred place where they get commission. 7. Day 2 breakfast and lunch was bad they stopped at very bad hotel. 8. No Shopping at all 9. Unwantedly they stop at places where people cannot do shopping 10. Hotel night stay was at RedFox Hotel Jaipur, they hotel is far away from the city so that people cannot have dinner or move about elsewhere. 11. Felt like we were their slaves always we have to do whatever they wanted. 12. We will reach hotel late in night (they intentionally delay at unwanted places) and checkout early 5 am itself. Poor hotel, light don't turn off. Bad experience at hotel. Food alone was okay at hotel. 13. During the trip they ask you to pay lots of hidden cost other than cost of the ticket for monument entry. Pro: 1. Slow and peaceful trip as they covered very less place. 2. Day 1 breakfast lunch and dinner was okay. Day 2 was disaster.

Our trip to Shimla was kinda ruined when their traveller got starting problems in the beginning of journey and they didn't do anything about it and wasted our 2hrs approx in the beginning only. Very poor experience.

I opted for the Delhi Local trip and Agra one day sight seeing.It was a positive experience overall! Buses were tidy, had charging ports and the plan was very planned and all destinations were covered timely. The interaction of the staff was also very polite. My wife had lost her jewelry on the bus and when I had informed them about the situation later they had checked the bus which we traveled and once they retrieved it they informed us to get it collected from their office.They were committed to all their customers. Agra guide vijay was excellent in describing stories

Absolutely lack of professionalism by their customer service team. Though being a Malayali, I preferred this travel partner for my sight seeing when i travelled to Delhi, about 4 years ago. One of my friends suggested the name of a senior women staff of this company, wiyh the hope that she will arrange the travel around Delhi for a pack of 14 people from Kerala. When I contacted that lady I had a horrible experience, she not just only listened to my travel priorities , also didn't care to complete the travel travel itinerary. I dropped the booking of this nonsense company by then and had a better choice later. If this is the behaviour from the senior staff then its unimaginable how it would be from the others.

Very popular and experienced agency। But I faced an issue as few guest had been to Agra and got delayed on return। The contact numbers were switched off after 10.30 pm and went unaswered raising anxious moments about whereabout of guests whose arrival was delayed by an hour due to traffic। The travels should have somebody responsible for this।

I had booked for Char dham for May 17th of this month.But, due to Pandemic situation, the trip got sus pended by the Govt. For no fault of ours Panicker travels deducted 10% and refunded the balance amount. All these days I was under the impression that they are the best as far as Char dham tour is concerned.I had earlier undertaken tours through them. Now, when I wrote to them for the balance amount they say that it is their cancellation charges. Though I have nit cancelled from my side , they still retained our 10% amount which is not fair on their part. I am taking up the matter at an higher level and am not going to forego the balance amount. Issuing of Cash voucher is just an eye wash and what if we do not undertake any tour through them. Its like Shopkeeper giving choclates instead of Change. Moreover, they say that the Cash voucher would be adjusted for future ling trip only which is absurd. If they keep on deducting 10% from each customer, they can accumulate wealth without conducting tours. Please think twice before booking with any tourist for that matter as they are not refunding full amount in case of natural calamities and prevailing pandemic situation. Government has suspended it and hence Govt should help poor gullible customers I hope Law would take its own course and should not allow such illegal deductions.

North india tour arrangement is really good but thay didn't arrange from south we want to go and stay delhi in our own that's little bit struggle.

On the first week of september(2022) we had a trip with Panicker's travels for Delhi sight seeing(Bus number 9655). We had a very bad experience.Even though we opted for a south Indian hotel for lunch the cordinator(Mr Vikas) took us to qutab hotel which is very near to Qutab minar where the food is worst and so expensive.Moreover they wasted a lot of time at ITDC (which is entirely a private shop) and not affordable.In the name of parking we missed significant places like India Gate,Raj Path, etc

We booked 3 tours with them. Overall their service was good. First trip was Delhi - Shimla - Kullu - Manali - Chandigarh - Delhi one week Trip. Bus was very comfortable and food was very tasty. Also sight seeing facilities were also reasonable. Second trip was one day Delhi sight seeing trip. They ensured to cover listed places quickly and effectively. Third trip was Jaipur- Fathepur Sikri - Agra and Mathura. Started in early morning and completed on late nighyt next day. It was a hurry hurry tour. But managed well.

I know they are operating travel services for the past 40 years. I used their services quite a lot. Whenever I visit New Delhi If I want to visit places I engage them. The buses are neat and the timings are perfect. They operate to a number off pilgrimage destinations and historic places of interest. They are also t effective.
