Costlier and poor service in comparison to Vinayak Hospital which is located at a walking distance from Pentamed Hospital. You can find almost all working nurses are from north east states of India. What makes me bad impression during my first visit when my brother having dry cough is that their staff including doctors are not so professional as they seem like enjoying their time and waiting for only their monthly salary....

This is the only hospital who was attending any covid patient with deep help when delhi was in a mess ... for me Dr Rajesh Gupta is a hero .. a gem and God.He was a doctir who was most of the time in the hospital dedicated to covid patients risking all his life for the mankind.Even the staff was wonderfully supportive.The best part is that doctor comes to the round himself twice a day and he is anytime and every time available. Respected Sir and all the people who are working did you .. have done finest job during covid .. I had been knowing the Dr sir abs this hospital since last 10 years and most of my family is getting a regular treatment without any hesitation and we are treats like a family. I personally think that in this time of distress there is no other hospital which is friendly and helpful.

Pathetic hospital..dr. Sumita Paul (gynaecologist) is highly irresponsible..she is just there for making money..the doctor will ask you to visit her and will charge you 900 INR for a consultation of 2 min that you have to get the tests done from a private lab and then come to visit her again..when you visit her again after getting the tests done she will again charge you..she never remembers the history of a patient who has visited her atleast 15 times, everytime you have to explain the case..in case of urgency she never bothers to respond to you on sms or phone, resulting in huge loss of patient..she will give you a book to study written by her for which she will charge 500 INR, thus making this profession a business..beware of such doctors

Totally money minded doctor - Rajesh Gupta When I. consulted him yesterday for fever, nausea and cough and said I could have typhoid or covid or food poisoning or heat stroke basically it could be anything under the sun which I also guessed. He could not diagnose with symptoms as was not interested to talk to understand the symptoms. Didnt ask half the basic questions like hows my appetite, what have I been eating, what should I eat and directly prescribed stomach sonography All this after taking a consulting fees of 900

Why is that the Receptionist is so unprofessional, Naive, Uncooperative & Insolent? Why is that the Hospital is extremely reluctant to provide any kind of Transparency especially in respect to the charges/refunds/Mediclaim to the Patients/Consumers? Why are there no chairs near the OPD and that the Attendants have to sit at the Scanty stairs? Why are there no Chairs or sitting area in front of the Reception? Why is there huge biasnes, Unpreferable & UnPreferential Treatment towards the Patients? Why is there no Delhi Goverment Health Registration Certificate at any Conspicuous place at the Hospital? Why is there no Certificate of the Clinical Establishments Act at any Conscious at the Hospital? Why is there no registration Certificate as per Section - 15 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994? Why is there no Certificate any Concerned authority and why is that that not at any Conspicuous place at the Clinic? Why is that every Statuary Law or Rule or Bye-Law have to be followed by the Patient but not by the Hospital?

Horrible, horrible hospital. Dr Rajesh Gupta is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever come across. The staff has no clue about what they are doing. We had to wait for 1 hour in the emergency before someone saw the patient. Staff at reception sent us to the OPD when clearly the OPD was closed. Dr Rajesh came 1 hour late despite a prior appointment and spent 30-40seconds on the patient. He did not have enough time to listen to the patient history or the kind of pain he was into. He quickly refuted all the prior tests shown to him and advised fresh tests to be done in his hospital. Although he was extremely prompt in charging Rs 1,000 for this visit. Utterly disappointed with the doctor and support staff at this hospital. Wouldn’t advise to anyone. Horrible experience.

Incompetent staff, no coordination with each other. The receptionist and guy in the "Console Room" tell different times for the X-ray availability and report collection. It'd be better if they were a little considerate about others time and be more accurate in terms of availablity of machine/service.

Dr. Pankaj Anand operated on my father (a heart patient). No cardiologist in the team. Dr. Pankaj didn’t even consult my dad's cardiologist or seek any kind of advice about patients heart condition. My dad lost his life on Dr. Pankaj’s operation table. The famous words of Dr. Pankaj, “Our operation was successful but we couldn’t save the patient!” Dr. Pankaj is a con-man. Please save your loved ones from him. He can go to any extent for money.

My Mother recently got admitted and all went smooth starting from admission to discharge procedure. Dr. Nagesh Jain and team is extremely helpful and specialised. I really want to appreciate the efforts and empathetic behaviour of the nursing staff namely, Shobhna, Sarita, Preeti and Simran for their outstanding services during my mother's recovery post surgery. Thank you entire Pentamid team for your support.

They are not following any Covid norms, infact in there coordinator covid patients and normal are sitting together. No one is sanitizing ct machine for next patient.

Pentamid -- Let me explain you what is the meaning of appointment. It means I have booked my time slot to meet with the doctor but I think you guys only heated "Appointment" but you have no idea what does it means. Also, please learn your receptionist that nither they are doctor nor doctor's assistant so behave like a normal person. If you have don't time to answer our questions then we are also busy at our stuffs. I would give 0 star to this hospital.

Extremely rude staff. Dr. Raj is extremely arrogant and rude. He doesn't have the basic courtesy to talk to the family. This has been a repeated behaviour. Highly disrespectful and rude towards the family of the patient. Avoid him at all cost!

Pathetic Service . Doctors are rude. They come on round but did not respond if we ask and behaves in a manner as if they are bigshot persons. very disheartened with the service . they charge very high fees but Very very pathetic ...i am very much disheartened ...my brother is admitted ..they are barely even speaking to us ..or when ask ...their reply seems as such we have disheartened them.
