I have stay for a few days at this hotel with my family. Arriving, i was immediately struck by the beautiful atmosphere and of traditional style. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is good to get Kuta and other beautiful beaches. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view in the pool. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to kuta. Will be back to this place soon..!!!

I loved my two nights stay at Novotel Lombok! Locals said it's the oldest five-star hotel in Lombok, but it seemed they managed to maintain its service quality. There was initially a problem with my AC in my room, but they immediately solved it. It was an amazing stay!!!

We just stayed 10 days at Novotel and had a really good time. As a family with 3 small kids the resort works very well for us. Beach, pool, playground and the outdoor kids club have been great fun. Special shout-out to the very friendly staff, everyone was helpful and friendly. It was so nice to see some familiar faces again from our past stay like Elum from the kids club. The only thing we missed were the morning greetings from the cows in the morning- they have been always special and kids have been looking forward to see them. Small remark to improve: baby highchairs in the restaurant felt at times not well cleaned Thanks for your hospitality & see you next time!

I quite enjoyed my stay at the Novotel. The hotel has a lush feel to it with plenty of trees and a large beachfront. We stayed at a family room which was 2 rooms interconnected via a small corridor that had another locking door to the main corridor (so not much of space gained). That said the rooms had daybeds against the windows that were nice for lounging.

Beautiful resort! Love all the plants and the details in this big area! All questions and needs were dealt with directly - friendly and helpful staff! We enjoyed every morning the breakfast with a lot of choice. Also our Pool was a little quiet paradies and we will miss the view of the beach!

Planned for just stay a night but then extend another night. The view, the food, the staff, everything inside there never fail to amaze us. Best hotel in Mandalika for sure. Will definitely comeback. 👍👍

The architecture is beautiful and it's a great place to explore. The service was very good. The room was also great and well furnished. The location is quite isolated so there is no choice for eating. The food is fine but not great. The beach is a little disappointing. The setting is good but the sand is rough and the sea is rocky.

I stayed one night with my family here in the Superior King Bed Room. Rooms are spacious, clean, amenities by request (the receptionist didn't tell us before). It's just that we felt that comfort was lacking, because the room was not very soundproof. We still clearly heard people walking in the corridor or interactions in the next room and the AC was quite noisy even at the lowest fan speed.

A resort ambience and excellent service worthy of the Novotel badge. But the resort built in 1994 although well maintained is very tired and in need of a refresh. The rooms are clean and the general upkeep is still good despite the age. The beach is an excellent sunset spot with crystal clear waters. But the hotel needs to do more in conjunction with the local authorities. There is just way too much rubbish washing up at high tide which really can be quite off putting if you want to have a dip. A good self-contained resort with many activities, making it suitable for families. Not all activities are free though and it would help of they are. Kayaking for example in Novotel resorts in Bali are free but chargeable here.

Amazing hotel in a stunning location… beautiful views and peaceful. Wonderful staff who are very friendly (everyone says hello) and incredibly helpful. The hotel has a beautiful beach with shaded sunbeds and drinks service to your sunbed. The hotel is designed like a little village and is small and personal with beautiful natural touches. It is also lovely to stay in a hotel who are doing all they can to be environmentally friendly, encouraging you to use reusable water bottles and avoiding plastic as best they can. My daughter became ill during our stay (ongoing health condition, nothing to do with the hotel) and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We are incredibly grateful to them for their service. Also, the spa was awesome and very reasonably priced. Would recommend the scuba diving /snorkelling, if that is something you like… it was a brilliant day out. Highly recommend

Novotel Lombok was very catering to my needs and the staff were wonderful. I have been here twice and every time I come it is a wonderful experience special thanks to Superstar Sam beach boy for making the holiday amazing. 100% coming back again!!

Went for their Day Pass which cost 180k inclusive of the facilities and a meal and had the most fun and relaxing time there by the beach! We were accompanied by their staff, Chakra who helped with our order and even taught us how to play beach volleyball. He was kind, respectful and overall a blast to have there! The security guard Hedi was also very friendly and sweet, cheering us on while we were playing! My partner and I will be coming back to Lombok in July and will certainly be staying at Novotel due to the amazing experience we had there thanks to the staff especially, Chakra!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Lombok Resort & Villas, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The resort is located on a beautiful stretch of beach in Lombok, Indonesia, and it's the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Thank you to the whole team, especially Leah for the wonderful stay at Novotel! The service is the best (and the most important). Plus cozy rooms, comfortable bed, 24h gym & outstanding breakfast!

our visit was welcomed by Chakra who did an amazing job at attending to our needs. He's well spoken and can answer many of the queries we have. He constantly checks on us if we require anything. Definitely will return because of Chakra's care and concern for us at the services the hotel provides

We have visited this hotel multiple times due to its uniqueness. It has so much character and its design is based around the Sasak culture. The beachfront location cannot be beaten with a quality wave for surfing within a 5 minute walk. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Chakra with his big warm personality and great sense of humour. He will support you with all the activities you want to do. Sammy is very knowledgeable on surfing locations, tides, swell etc. Ask for Mustika the driver who is funny, on time, and good to converse with.

We ate lunch there as part of a paid tour, and had access to use the pool and the beach. The lunch had delicious food and very fresh fruits and meats, but the beach water was brown near the shore, tho further out it was blue/green and very pretty. There were waves a little bit further out that appeared to be going over some sort of reef. Did not use the pool or anything else. Only two stalls in both the men's and women's restroom to change or go to the bathroom, therefore NOT good for groups to change or pee.

Lovely 4 days 3 nights stay in Novotel Lombok during end of September. Really beyond our expectations. Yes, the hotel is old, but it aged well. Well maintained! Another thing that I would like to mention is the staff were really very friendly & they greeted all the time with smiles on their faces. Extremely quiet and wonderful private beach only for hotel guests. Really enjoyed our stays here!

Excellent family vacation! From transportation to the hotel, to check in process, to getting into our villa, the food choices. Everything was just great. The staff was knowledgeable able to assist and provide excellent recommendation to tours & restaurants recommendation. The villa was beautiful near the beach. Breakfast selection was huge. The pool is next to a sunset bar which was great for parents to chill while children takes a dip! Love the place so much and can’t wait to return! Thanks the team for making our family vacation such a memorable one, we can’t wait to return!

Unique hotel because every appearance of the villas is designed like Sasak traditional house. The interior is mixed between traditional and modern style. The staff is 5 star quality with their friendly & helpful service, especially the room service that delivers food 👍The food is delicious with big portions. The breakfast menu is plentiful & delicious. Location: it's pretty far from other places, you have to drive hours . Perfect places IF you only want to relax and isolated in the hotel and enjoying beautiful white sand beach with clear water. Recommended!

Good facilities - great to spend time with children. BUT - The location is 2 hours drive from city center and port to get to Gilli island. Nothing much around the hotel. It is next to a motor sport circuit - can get very very loud during the races so check before booking days. We were given a room on third floor and no lift - meaning we had to carry two stroller age kids and strollers up and down from third floor everytime.

Nice location, just outside the center of Kuta. Less than 5 minutes by taxi, but quite expensive compared to other parts of Indonesia. That's because the official taxis are not tolerated by the locals there. The hotel is faded glory, old-fashioned. You can see in many things that the shine is gone. Breakfast is extensive and good. We have also consumed all meals elsewhere. The hotel next door is new and under the same ownership. That's really a lot better at everything. My choice for next time.

The private beach is very nice. The entire resort was pretty good. The rooms weren't great, everytime I used the bathroom, there would be a loud noise - I'm assuming it was the pipes. Also, the air conditioning was terrible. Kept turning off at night - they have some weird sensor thing on the AC which keeps turning the AC off. The restaurant is pretty good! Their Nasi Goreng was excellent!

One of the best hotel in NTB. We have been here twice. Though badly affected with COVID-19 pandemic, Novotel still commits to maintain its high standard. World class race events in the nearby circuit will surely bring back visitors to this place.

Sitting in the bar with a cosmopolitan in hand and a nice breeze from the beach far-off is one of the luxurious moment I can enjoy from time to time. Price is slightly expensive considering it's a great resort but it's worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing find very central to Kuta (5 min drive) overlooking an amazing little bay from the beach and part of the GP circuit. Staff have been incredibly welcoming sorting all transport and activities not including their own free activities offered here (monkey feeding, sunrise walks, village trips). When we had problems after a hectic day they sorted out everything instantly. Food is incredibly good value, infinity pool is great, 24/7 gym is by far the best seller! Hikes are not far away either!

Great botanical collection in its hotel grounds. The beach was awesome also with its flat profile and water recedes so far out. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. The villas were definitely not mosquito proof; spaces between the sliding doors, the wall and the ceiling allows for mosquito to get into the unit even after intense spraying inside. Get your anti-mosquito lotions ready.

Its very old and i really think they should change the ceilings.. First day I stayed the Air conditioner was not that cold. And the room is infested with huge ants. Requested for a change and the second room was better. Better AC and only slightly infested with small ants.. BUT... There is always a new lizard dropping stains on my bed everyday...

An amazing stay. The resort is beautiful, relaxed and perfect for a family. A big shout out to the executive chef, Jona, and his team, who were incredible in preparing vegan food for us. They went above and beyond!

Just spend 2 nights in this hotel. It is nice and beach front, although the pictures aren’t completely accurate. There is a circuit next/behind it and on the other side a construction site and next to that a Pullman resort, also Accor group. The breakfast and staff were amazing. I missed some chilling area near the pool, there is not place to sit or lay. The room ( we had sasak room) was okay. In my opinion it’s time for a renovation and freshening things up. A few years ago I was also there and it was unique due to the setting, endless beach all the way around, now it lost that vibe but we can’t stop development. There won’t be a next time for me in Novotel Lombok, I will try the new Pullman.

Basically the hotel is okay. The hotel complex is well-kept and the many plants and small paths contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, you can tell from a few places that the hotel is getting old. On the beach the kabanas, sunbeds, and cushions need a makeover. The staff is generally friendly. At check-in we had a gentleman at the front desk who, after making us an offer for an upgrade for a fee and we rejected it, treated us rather condescendingly from this point on and gave us the feeling that we were stupid because we have gambled away the upgrade. We didn't consume anything in the hotel but the prices are to high for what you pay in other hotels in a similar price range in Indonesia. The offered excursions are too expensive. We would not visit the hotel again as there is better value for money elsewhere.

Me and my friends from jakarta decide to stay here for 4 night. The view from the hotel very stunning. Room was clean, enjoying the sunset at the beach. Definitely will be back for another vacation

This is a fine property in a gorgeous setting, the highlight being the spectacular, almost-private white-sand beach. The hotel is a little old as evidenced by some issues we had in the bathroom. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

The hotel garden is so beautiful and it's good to relax at the beach. The staff are kind. The swimming pool is clean, too.I was very satisfied with the hotel room. Thank you for SAM saying hello to me every day.

Nice and quiet location, friendly and helpful staff, and daily activities to keep you busy. Canoe and stand up paddle board available for rent and the waters right in front of the hotel is calm enough for an easy paddle in the morning. There's a hill nearby which is great for morning jog.

Sorry to say but i can't ejoy the food, the taste not too good. Bed room was fine. They have great and wide beach at the back, its nice one! Its near to Mandalika Internatonal Circuit.

The building and the rooms are kinda old. The only thing that seems new just the bathroom. The porters were really nice to us. The service was excellent. The breakfast, you hv to try the chocolate croissants. It was top notch. The only downside was the AC was lacking of its coolness. It was kinda hot at noon. They hv to repair the AC or replace with the new AC system. The view was good, we enjoyed our sunset time at the bar that provides yummy foods and beverages. I did massage too, worth every penny!!! Can't wait to be back but hopefully they will fix the AC condition

The first classy hotel/resort in Mandalika. Great location by the beach and not far from the town's main beach and racing circuit. The hotel is old so some equipment such as AC and TV remote don't work well. Drinking water needs to be added. I still give 5 stars to keep them motivated to improve service.
