Very bad hospitality. If your family member is in critical condition don't admit in this they charge alot of money and still behave like we are nothing. Think before you admit someone

Worst hospital management and its incompetent, irresponsible, bad-cultured staff. No gentle handling of patients and medical equipments. Aggressive, hot-tempered. No sensitivity for patient, no soft skills, how to talk politely

I don't want to give a single star to this hospital due to the staff behaviour I am fully disappointed

Had a very bad experience at the facility overall. No customer support, huge waiting lines, and Dr. Ramakant Rao didn't even spare a minute (literally) to hear the concerns, let alone address them properly.

Parivar Hospital is a complete nightmare! With its slow response and poorly managed staff, it's a disaster waiting to happen. The overhead expenses are through the roof, and the management is so terrible that you'll wonder how they`re still in business. And don't even get me started on their overpriced services. Stay away from this hospital if you value your health and your wallet!

First and foremost Heartfelt thanks to Dr Zuby❤️ Such a great support and friendly nature. We were very new to Gwalior, there are many things pulling us down to get adjusted and mingle with people. but Dr Zuby and team👩‍⚕️ gave us comfortable environment to take treatment with piece of mind. My wife was sick and got advice from Zuby to admit to a hospital, trusting her we have chosen Parivar Hospital, our belief was true that we got wonderful support and treatment which helped my wife to get cured immediately. not only this her caring and support was followed everywhere. Would like to appreciate especially Ms Kalpana 💐 for her lovely support, patience and smily treat. Special thanks to Dr Meet and Dr Sunil Shivhare who made my wife to recover ASAP, and hats off to their friendly suggestions. I really appreciate the whole team at Parivar Hospital 🙏❤️🫡

Some staff are very very rude they treat patient so Furiously some are good too but only 10%

Hospitality is good..... Ambience is good... But some things are to be kept in view that patients needs doctor's attention throughout the day... But it is not being possible so at least a doctor may visit twice for each patient in a day... Would be a great help for the patient helth as well as for the attender family....

Highly expensive and doctors are not so famous. Maintenance and cleanliness are ok. on-duty doctors' behavior is not appropriate.

Our operation is done there, but at the time of discharge no one does the dressing of stitches not clean blood from nearby area of body, inspite of being asked to nurse, they do nothing. After that when we came to home & ask doctor about same, there staff told us u that there nursing staff not listen to even there DOCTOR, now u can do cleaning at home. Food is of very poor quality, for patients they send local sub standard mineral water bottle. Hospital is good, but nursing staff & pantry has worse part of it.

Parivar super speciality hospital is good hospital nd also good for emergencies. It is near jayarogya hospital gwalior around 100meter distance

Had a worse experience with Dr. Ramakant Rao. And I am not talking about the effectiveness of prescriptions. Very wasteful and expensive. After 800 rs consultation and 4hrs of wait he didn't even listen to my concerns for more than a minute.

It is multi-speciality hospital of 128 beds with almost all the facilities. For instance pathology, CT scan, NICU, ICU. HDU, CCU etc. All the consultant are highly experienced in their respective fields.

They are completely money minded businessmen. More than patient health they think more about money and bed occupancy. This should be your last option if your patient is serious. It's a humble request don't play with your relatives life by taking them to this hospital. Please take care of your patient and only choose this hospital as a last option. Paise ke liye kuch b karega ye hospital and not all doctors are professional and patient driven. We have also found many mistakes in the final settlement bill and they agreed to the same.

Pathetic hospital with Pathetic workers who do not deserve to be called as medical professionals. The hospital is no less than a five star hotel who aims at only making a fortune out of people's miseries. I lost my mother due to their greediness and cunningness, the staff who works here is very rude and have no empathy for the ones who are sick. The medical care which you could recieve here are simply a waste of money, time and most importantly, the life of your loved ones. Do not go there by any means, all they care about is money, and will make your loved ones sicker and sicker.

Very unprofessional hospital and staff. My sister got admitted to hospital under care of doctor Ramakant Rawat, who never disclosed the real situation and after more than 10 days of treatment in hospital and when condition became severe doctor Ramakant Rawat very leaniently told us to take her to AIIMS Delhi where she was immediately taken for surgery but doctors in AIIMS told us that we were very late and that made her condition very critical. After 6 hours of surgery and in life support for more then 12 hours she left us. This is the case of medical negligence by Parivar hospital and Dr Ramakant Rawat. Due to this negligence 2 kids who already lost their father 4 months back, lost their mother too. Because of few irresponsible and money minded doctors and clinics people are loosing faith over doctors. I am writing this feedback so that no other family face' similar situation as we did.
