Went to have Chinese food there. An average satisfactory old school ambience. Clean tasty food. The staff is responcive, prompt and attentive. They handled the entire floor very efficiently. The place is a little cramped for space though. May not be a heaven for young kids. Go for the food, not for the space and feel.

Didn't get what we ordered. Food was just average. Quality has degraded since 2 years.

Place is good but.... I think this place could improve more... And also taste was not upto the mark.. But service was good and you can go there with family also.

Prices are a bit high,service is a bit slow but the taste is amazing.

Had my worst experience with Kool Break ever. The staff was so rude, arrogant and misbehaving on the restaurant. I would not refer this restaurant to anyone further. They show closing time as 11:15 pm on internet and we were there at 11: 00 pm and the manager refused to serve any single dish along with rude attitude.

It's a pathetic experience, currently in the restaurant waiting for food more than 1 hour..i understand that after Diwali festival there is a shortage of manpower, in this scenario neither u guys are making customers happy nor u guys are making ur staff happy... Management this post is for u guys kindly look after this..in this situation u guys should have closed restaurant for 2-3 days after festival..bcz of management the staff becomes villian in the eyes of customer & customer are also unhappy in the last

Indeed a "kool break". The restaurant is extremely famous for presenting it's Indo-Chinese dishes. The noodles especially are my personal favorite. It has ample parking space.

Taste was below average portion size is good. Overall experience was not good.

Went there for lunch. First of all the service is slow and not that great. The chilly chicken was good and so was the egg chow neon. The fried rice was very bland. The butter chicken was good as well. Also tried the spring rolls which were decent. Won’t go there again.

I have been visiting kool break since 90s and it’s a very nice place to have good food . I chose it as a venue for my daughter’s 1st birthday on 16th nov and whole event was a wonderful one . Special thanks to manager Mr Gyanendra Mishra ji and Mr Anil ji for making tha night special for my baby .

Am going here since last 20+ years. Nostalgic place for me with food quality is just good. Located at prime place on Ashok Marg with ample private parking. Highly recommended.

Recently we had Sangeet ceremony of our son at it's banquet hall. It was a great experience. Everything including decoration, dj, arrangements and services were perfect. Specially food was awesome. All the credits goes to it's manager Mr.Kafeel Ahmed who really made our occasion wonderful.👍☺️

Kool break has degraded its quality especially for Chinese cuisine, otherwise it was my first priority whenever i go out for chinese food.

Food don't have any unique taste. Only chinese few items they were serving. Did not have tea or coffee. But ambience was quite, no one was there and good for having a small meeting.

Everything is good but from my POV please release the fishes coz they are now big in siZe and aquarium is quite small so it’s humble request to release them

This is a very old food joint in the city. Famous for Chinese food. I ordered soup and spring rolls. The sauce with spring rolls was really amazing. Soup was also nice. Prices are also fine. The service was too fast as there was no crowd so they brought everything together which I didn't like.

Favourite Chinese restaurant. Peking soup honey chilli potato one of the best in City. Quantity is ample. Our most visited restaurant 😊

Very poor service. Waiter i ma seeing him again after 3 years (may be he is head of staff and working for more ) still doesn't knows what the dish is what is inside ingredients not excatly but just an overview. Service damn late and poor management if housefull. You will get your stomach filled with waiting time instead of food . Food quality i would say soups are big no. Nonveg is a bit lacking indian touch more of east side . Veg is good , and pricing is kind of like a 3 star hotels restaurant but not worth.

Came after many years for the good food and ambience which was the hall mark of this restaurant. Alas, all is gone, endless wait for food, crowded, and poor attitude of the staff.... I hope patrons will take care and improve it

It's always good to be in Kool Break. We are coming here since our college days and taste is still the same. Awesome and great taste with variety of cuisines to choose from.

Not so good anymore. Earlier used to be a happening place. Food quality is OK. Ambience and table decor as well as presentation shocking for anyone who has visited more than 200 times in good old days.

For the past 27 Years me and my family have been visiting Kool Break to celebrate all our special moments, and therefore I am giving three stars to this restaurant. However, when I went to this restaurant after 3 years because of the Coronavirus Pandemic, it was not the same. When we reached the restaurant, it was empty and had lost its charm. Despite that, we decided to eat here and give it a try, for old times sake. Although the food was good, the ingredients used were not fresh. Overall it was an okay experience.

Pre pandemic it used to be our regular place, went after a long gap since covid pandemic. Somehow I found it is not the same. Most menu item is not available. Except the soup and the starter, main course was not up to the mark in terms of taste. They are following good covid protocols like menu on whatsapp, sauces in individual pouches and so on...Hope it gets into the routine soon.
