It was a nice experience at the new parlour place. As promised this beauty salon has a very neat and clean environment with a kind staff at your service. It is a unisex salon. I got my haircut done from Salman sir and the results were amazing. It was a delight to look at myself in the mirror after the new haircut he gave me. He recommended on styling and is a pro at his work. I'm glad I went to this parlour which is an upgrade from my last one. Salman sir is a motivated person who has excelled in hair styling and keeps his learning on the go. He has an experience of more than a decade and has done styling for celebrities too. I went in for my hair cut, hair colour and facial. All there services provided to me were amazing!! Thanks to Salman and Sangeeta (if I remember correctly). I they were very professional and did their job more than what I expected to get in Gomti Nagar. Salman infact went out of his way to help me getting a cab as I didn't have my mobile phone. This shows and helps maintaining a great customer experience. I would love to visit again next time when I am in Lucknow.

One of the best professionals of Lucknow are here. For my every visit I was very satisfied and happy with the haircut I've got. I've tried many other salons but none of it are as good as this one. I had the opportunity to visit this place twice during my stay in India. The first time I went for facial and Sangeeta was my esthetician. She really spent time using each product and carefully paid attention to my needs. Eyebrow threading was also good. My second visit was for Hair smoothening and Keratin treatment. Salman sir was my hair stylist and he did a great job. He was very patient at each step and took time to attend my hair. It was better than any of the stylists I have come across in USA. Also the care provided by the staff was excellent. It was a 6hrs service and the staff made sure I had enough refreshments and they made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

worst haircut of my life..dont go by others 5 star reviews, I didn’t had good experience with the hairdresser appointed. He didn’t know how to do haircut and now I wonder was he a office boy or hairdresser? I conveyed him the requirement and at the end he did cut more length from back of my neck than the outside layers. Upon asking he said he did that so hairs don’t get too fluffy but my question is why he think I don’t want puffiness. I am left with uneven hair length which I cant level up again quickly because I almost cut down 70% hair length and went short this time. So irritated with the fact that ppl don’t understand simple haircut requirement
