The chick-fil-a quality is lacking with this location. They did not give us any straws for two drinks. Asked for chick-fil-a sauce and was given no sauce at all. No pickles on our regular spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. Three things in one order wrong?! Rating 3 out of 5.

I rarely give 5 stars, but as far as fast food level restaurants is concerned, this location hits on all points. - Staff was super friendly and attentive; and they were well staffed serving a large drive through, curb side orders and in restaurant ordering which we were doing. - This location was super clean and we also noticed a child playground area. - The service was super speedy since they were staffed so well, and zero attitude. - As fast food quality is graded, their spicy chicken sandwich is fantastic, blows the KFC or Popeyes chicken sandwich out of the water. If I was to model a fast food business, this location would be the gold standard.

A 5 star for the chick-fil-A at this location! ✨️ I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal, the bread tasted so good with the generous amount of butter on it, the chicken meat was hot and juicy. The fries were good. More importantly, the staff came to ask if we were satisfied with the food and whether we needed more sauce. The customer service was awesome. If you're coming with kids, they also have a playground for kids. Overall, a very good place.

Love Chic FIL-a, the attention to detail and the atmosphere is truly amazing. Good quality food shows why their lines are out the door and the drive thru is packed! Keep up the hard work!! *update* Please repair your play place, or whatever you need to do!

Can’t go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Stopped by to try the new pimento cheese sandwich. Honestly, it is not a favorite of mine. The cheese should be melted a bit more and maybe that would assist with the taste. If you like pimento cheese, however, it may be the sandwich for you. We also got the 30 count nuggets for the kids, which is always a hit. As always service was exceptional and efficient. I will be back for my regular sandwiches lol

I stood in the pick up area for over five whole minutes while it wasn’t even busy to have managers and staff all look at me making eye contact with no greeting. I guess wiping the counters of a little sweet tea was more important though… Other guest were even served right in front of me but nobody decided to ask me a single question. That is not the chick fila experience at all.. This place used to have great service for fast food, but that's been going downhill for quite awhile now IMO. Went there tonight, the employee apparently didn't feel like reading back the order so I was missing a kid's meal, which I didn't discover until I got home. Then when I went back (instead of eating dinner with my family) the young lady who took my order, who had just handed me my last order, didn't seem to care or even say sorry. They weren't even busy! There was one other car in the whole drive-thru the first time I went, 2 or 3 others the second time. My kids will really have to beg me to go back, I would prefer not to.

Food and service are always consistent and great tasting, too. The line is ALWAYS long but the service is quick. I appreciate that with kids!

The manager, Sierra is so, so wonderful. The staff are happy and she is a huge part of that from what they’ve told me. The way she has short but kind conversations with the customers truly made my day. What a gem. Any store that has her on site is bound to be successful the way she takes care of customers and staff. Loved her.

First time in America, we wanted to try all these fast food restaurants that we don't have in Europe, and so far we only had weird experiences with the service from other places. But this place is just the absolute top in everything. Specially Sierra (the "sauce lady") which is the sunshine of this place! Thank you

As with the vast majority of these best in class fast food restaurants, this particular chic fil a has exceptional service and the freshest and highest quality food available. Because of this, it's always busy. Don't let that deter you though. They make quick work of their multiple service lines and you'll be on your way with a big smile and some actually good fast food in no time! P.S. Chic Fil A is closed on Sundays. They give all those nuggets to Jesus ;)

Food was good. Service was quick. The cashier said that they would be hopefully adding items to the menu soon. This location does not have side salads or wraps as an option.

They have redone this location and it’s looks stellar! They have really taken it up a notch They added another lane to drive thru and made the order line inside faster and more manageable. They upgraded the space so the interior is much nice, not like your typical fast food places. The staff are SUPER polite and helpful. They use manners and are always smiling. There are also plenty of people working to get the food out quick.

It's been a long time since I visited a Chick-fil-A and I don't know why! It's such a good sandwich!! The experience from ordering to eating was great! We also had chocolate shakes that were phenomenal!!

this location is absolutely disrespectful with the amount of food. when i pulled these from the bag i immediately assumed some fries must of fell inside the bag. nope. this was actually the amount of fries someone working in there thought was enough. not to mention there was only TEN nuggets (ordered a 12 piece) this has happened too many times but this time was the worst and they really need to fix it

Visited here as a family on 25th October after a day at the beach. The man that served us, think his name was Ted, was very helpful and friendly. All 5 of us enjoyed our meals and we loved that there were so many different dips to choose from. Good prices, great service and very clean. Hope this chain comes to the UK.

Amber at drive thru delivery window is wonderful! Happy , bubbly , extra friendly and welcoming. So refreshing to have smiling employees who enjoy their work and interact with customers and still get work done. Always delicious food.
