Had such a great stay!! The place is so nicely furnished and clean. The walk to the beach is so close! The pool was very nice, and there was also a dock in the back with a great view and barbecue grills. Kristin was an amazing host. We had a sensor issue with the AC she had a technician come and fix it as soon as we noticed a problem. She made sure to keep checking in to make sure the problem got solved, such professionalism and quick responding time from Kristin. There are grocery stores very close by, as well as smugglers cove for mini golfing. I’m really looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect for our family vacation. The room was cleaned and well stocked with household items. The grounds are pristine and beautiful. Pool is heated and amazing. Kristin in office was wonderful.

Sea Club is a beautiful location with the dock at the back and the sea at the front…in fact this is our fourth visit! Each time we have stated in a different condominium and we have never had any problems. They are clean, very comfortable and perfectly equipped for staying here. This one (103) had very comfortable beds, a lovely open balcony looking over the dock and I can not fault it on anyway. The communal areas are spotlessly clean including the lovely pool. I would recommend anyone to stay here as it is a great location to visit other places from too…after an early morning walk on the beach or swim in the sea…or a little bit of fishing at the dock! Communication with the management was excellent and very prompt throughout.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Sea Club Condo #25-Dolphin’s Watch. The condo itself is beautiful and so clean! The view of the Inter Coastal Waterway at sunrise was amazing! You will definitely see dolphins!! The Sea Club property is well kept and beautiful! We enjoyed walking to the beach daily and the sunsets over the golf were both stunning and unique each night! Kristin and Linda are outstanding and attentive hosts and we look forward coming back!

Everything came as advertised. Unit was a little dated, but seems to be well maintained. Having access to the fishing dock was nice and it always had plenty of space for anyone who wanted to fish there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Sea Club. Quiet area with easy access to beach, shops, restaurants and bike trail. The pool is very nice and we used it often. Our point person at Welcome Y’all, Kristin, was awesome! We had a few questions and a minor issue and she addressed everything promptly. Great way to spend a month in the winter.

To who it may concern: Kristen from the office at Sea Club Y'all Vacation Rentals in Indian Shores, Florida, went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.My husband is handicapped.Kristen and her husband Greg helped us move in and out of our condo.
