It is a very old temple.. A primary school runs in its compound. There is also a Higher secondary schools adjacent to this temple. In front of this temple, there is a big field where kids play several outdoor games, specially cricket. Idols of several God and Goddesses are homed in this temple. This temple becomes a very busy place during Navratras.

It is one the most ancient temple of hindus. Worshippers of Kali Mata visits it to pay their worship. Tip for your visit- Beware of monkeys....
