In summer very early morning or evening. In rainy season (Khareef) all the day long. Caution ⚠️ Don’t throw waste here and there. Bathing and swimming is restricted. Car? Any car can go there. 2wd/4wd. Wheelchair? Easy accessible.

They have made a water Dam at Ain Sahlounout, water was neat and clean with lots of fishes in it. Highly recommended to visit during peak season from july to september

Splendid beauty of nature mixed with rock mountains and crystal clear water ponds. During Khareef season (July-Aug) this place will look blossom and provides one of it’s best view with waterfalls and the greeneries. A must visit place in Dhofar for nature lovers.

An amazing place to go during Khareef. The walk to the pool is lovely, but if you want to experience the epic landscape, make sure you take your hiking boots and make your way up the hill immediately to the east of the pool. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare, but it's worth the drive.

Went there on 1st week of October. Amazing soul soothing site. No monsoon rain, yet it looked fascinating.

Must visit place in salalah, Wounderfull place, Very close hillstation from the town, Sun hides.Clouds sprinkle a gentle rain. Lots of tourisam activites are in this location. Visit in July last and Salalah becomes a very happening place.

I went there on off season. It was so beautiful even in off season. So just imagine the rainy season how it looks like. You can enjoy with your family. The water is so clear and beautiful views. You can take nice photographs from here. People who loves to spend time in water, i recommend this place.

Good place with some of small waterfalls around i went there in august

Visited on 12th of July, 2024. The Ain itself is not that special compared to other ones in Salalah, but the color spectrum and shape of rocks in it is amazing Subhan Allah.

عين صحلنوت من الاعين الجميلة في ظفار وتعتبر مزار سياحي وخصوصا في فصل الخريف.. بسهله الجميل واطلالاته الرائعه والمناظر الخلابه.. وزائر الى هذي العين يقدر يستمتع بالجلوس على سهوله واطلالته واخذ قسط من راحه مع العائله وتناول الوجبات او الطبخ.. وللوصول الى منبع العين يحتاج الى مشيء ويجب الحذر عند المشي ومراقبة الاطفال والانتباه لهم وخصوصا اذا كان الجو ماطر او رذاذ مما يسبب الانزلاق.. اتمنى من كل زوار وضع جدول في زيارتهم لهذي العين..

لا أنصح بزيارتها الطريق طويل والمعلم غير جميل الصراحة. أفضل زيارة عين رزات بدلا منها

Beautiful Serene haven! Avoid the crowd and visit early mornings. We visited on 15th September. It was pleasant not cold not hot. Not rainy at all. Just pleasant!

I went there by end of September, small waterfall was there, many small rivers. Think it will be best time to visit between July to August

So beautiful, must see location in Salalah. The only thing is that animals like cows and camels like to get there and that will cause uncomfortable situations in terms of sanitation, smell and movement.

I felt so sad by seeing the destruction happened after 2020 flood. It was a mind blowing natural art. Somehow the beauty of the hill area still exists. Hope government will fix the damages as early as possible
