While so many CCD outlets are shutting down, it’s good to see one in our beloved city. Outlet is small, cozy and properly cleaned. It has restroom facility as well. I’s here for just a cup of cappuccino, which was good. Service was very fast. Although, I missed the heart/fern on the coffee froth 😊

The staff is not good. They just do arguments with you nothing else they offer. I visited this place and we had a meeting. We asked the staff to keep the music volume down so that we can discuss. After fees mins thy raised the volume and we again requested, but they didn't hear and raised the volume again to the max.

Sad state of Cafe Coffee Day. I came here primarily because i was waiting for someone and thought I will order my regular cappuccino and chocolate pastry. The coffee was ok but the pastry was a disaster. It was I think very old and not properly stored since the texture was chalky and it tasted funny.

The coffee menu doesn't need feedback. It's already at par. Additionally, to add cherry on the cake, must try their 🍞 breads menu as well.

The coffee is good but the staff is very poor. Poor service and no respect for even regular customers. The timing for cafe is till 11pm but they stop taking orders from 10:30pm

Visited only few minutes after the daily opening, so, many of the items were not available. Had Garlic Bread and Classic Lemonade. Good Taste, Clean store, good staff.

CCD on its own have an amazing ambience wherever you go but this particular one is cosy and have beautiful surrounding. The city has two, the other one is at court road but I love this one. I don't know maybe because it's surrounded by more trees and who doesn't like to sip in some mocha in nature.

Ambience is good as is standard with all cafe coffee day outlets. Service was normal, we ordered smoked chicken sandwich and chicken tikka sandwich which came out cold from inside. And from cold I don't mean not warmed up, but cold as they come out from freezer. So I guess they were not careful enough towards the preparation of food, specially in cold temperatures.

It is located on saharanpur-roorkee road. The location is good and easy to reach for the travellers. It's in the compound of hotel Clark international.
