Loved the experience totally. Rooms were very clean . All electronics were working . Staff was friendly homely . It just there are stairs to reach the rooms so old age can have little problem and they have tiffin service , so food you have to order from outside if you don't wish to have the tiffin but it is at a prime location, so buying packaged food or small items of use is not an issue , they even get that to you in room . Overall I am happy with my stay . Thankyou to the staff and the owner . And yes I stayed alone so girl safety is also not an issue , felt totally safe.

I think location at good place it is near to railway station and apart from that service was very good.. And here on reception there is peroson named Sandeep.. he is ver nice talking and very good at service and quick. I will visit again when I will come in saharanpur.

Room space is good but you will find dirty bedsheets and also containing stain on them,if you don't trust me ,take a room and feel it. The staff only speak good but service are poor ,if you say them to change bedsheets they will say you ,we only have dirty and stain bedsheets, and I forget about towel which is soo dirty. The good review are given by people in the pressure of staff. And if you complain about bedsheets to owner ,he simply will reply to leave the room and go to other place,which is highly unprofessional. Reply to basera guest house-let the people come ,see them the actual condition. Your room space is good but ,people rent the room for night stay and for peacefull sleep,and stainfull bedsheets definitely will not helpful for peaceful sleep. I hope you will correct your bedsheets ,this will help you becoming no 1 hotel in Saharanpur.

Basera guest house is a very good place to stay while traveling to the city. My father stayed there for a few days and loved the cleanliness of the place. One of the representative Mr. Arpit was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a visit to saharanpur city.

Room are tiny and suffocating.Bedsheet and Towels were not clean. Staff behavior was good, still not a good experience at this pricepoint .I was provided different rooms than I booked, feels cheated.

It was a mix of experience. I stayed in Basera guest house for around a half a month. I found the same via google search. It is located very near to the ghantaghar chowk, Saharanpur. My experience: 1. Room was neat and clean and nicely maintained by the owner as you can see in my pictures 2. Proper lighting, window, AC and the like were there 3. Location is in between market so connectivity is good and if you love shopping then it might be a good stay for you. 4. Food facilities are not around the guest house, I haven’t found nearby a good place to sit and eat. Average restaurant are there. For details you can connect with them. Further they provide tiffin and breakfast at affordable prices which are good if love vegetarian and simple food. It’s upto you if you can have habit of eating simple food regularly then these tiffins and breakfast works for you. In tiffin they put four chapaati, one bowl rice, one dal and one sabji mostly Aloo, breakfast they have aloo pyaaj parantha with dahi and sometimes pickle. You can also have a tea by calling them. 5. Staff is good. Little bit weird. 6. They have a roof you can walk around in your leisure time. 7. Kitchen is also there for essential cooking n all. You might need permission. Refrigerator is also there as I stayed longer so I have few consumable items which needs refrigeration but at your own risk because someone might eat your items. In my case milk packet and dried figs eaten by someone. Dried figs are costly and I felt bad because without my permission someone ate them. So, beware of these things. 8. There is no balcony so if you are looking for that then it may be a not of your interest. I don’t see any. They should have it in a AC room having a reasonable prices. Sometimes it’s suffocating. 9. Peace is good but sometime hamper due to neighbours. (Side room) 10. I don’t find it couple friendly, you may ask them. 11. Owner is polite and bears a good behaviour. Hence, my experience was mixed, sometimes good and sometimes poor subject to circumstances. Note: Images may subject to copyright and shall proceed accordingly!

Bad behavior with guest Staff member was not co operative Specially AJAY KUMAR Staff manager was also not available. He's filming (Ajay Kumar) some guest don't mention the guest name for security purpose But very bad experience
