I arranged family function in this hotel. The experience with hotel management is very pathetic. No person is ready to take the responsibility for mis management. So be care full , bcz they know @ 11 hours no person can change the venue. So they didn't help in any way.

Rooms are not so good , stained bedsheets . There services are too slow like really slow . If you ask for a chilled water bottle then they send a normal room temperature water bottle and it happens 2-3 times with me . Rooms AC are not working at all . But they changed my room after complaining. Toilets are not so well cleaned. Really very bad experience with hotel the oasis .

Worst hotel to stay. Giving bed and room doesn't make a good hotel. Worst service ever. You can see cockroach allover. Doors of bathroom will make you feel like haunted house door with fungus and other insect. You can not even stay for peeing in bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel at all One star because i can not give minus rating.

Rooms are big in size. Neat and clean. Room charges are a bit high based on location. No hot water in bathroom. Food was ok. Food charges are also on very much higher sides. Overall experience is ok.

The rooms were big but not very tidy. Can be used for a single night halt. The washrooms were moderately clean. The tariff seems pretty high when compared to the condition of the rooms.

The room was bad. AC wasn't working properly. The bathroom was in bad shape and not clean. We asked for a towel couple of times but nobody responded. No complimentary water bottle ( not even RO water)

Stayed in Hotel for two days during one Marriage Function. Rooms were not clean. Food is Good in taste.

This place is very okaish. No hotel in the city is awesome so this hotel is decent like many others. For wedding purpose, if the gathering is about 400-500 people, this might feel little congested. Everything is fine and manageable but the entrance is not good as of Nov 2023. Some construction work is ongoing on the pathway of entrance. Pathway is not plain. For small events like sagai, roka, birthday, anniversary this is a good option.(depending on your budget and preferences) The place is decent for stay. Not very far from city. If you are a tourist you can choose this place for your stay. Petrol pump is right in front of this place. Burger King, KFC, Pizza places, ice cream shops, Domino's, fine dine restaurant is within 1-2 kms of this place. Staff behaviour is fine, no issues with that. Food is good, no complaints. Cleanliness was maintained.

Very nice hotel. Reasonable. Superb quality rooms at okayish pricepoint. Room service is not good. Location is main Delhi road and easily accessible. Dedicated parking. Good for arranging celebration events.

Visited bar for a couple of drinks but it’s really pathetic Bar, Rats are running here n there. No cleanliness. No hygiene maintained. Very bad experience.

We had organized a 50th Wedding Anniversary on dated 04.12.2022 at the Celebration Hall of “THE OASIS HOTEL”, Saharanpur & were very impressed with the entire experience. Right from entering the premises guests were escorted to the banquet hall, the decorations were very apt and beautiful. The food was delicious & seeing all our guests making repeated visits to refill was extremely heartwarming. The chef has to be complimented for such awesome food. The staff was also giving good attention to each guest. All the staff is Polite, Calm, Respectful and Fast in response. The service was also extremely good & the waiters were very friendly & courteous .Our guests left with a satisfied feeling & all in all the entire experience was very good. All credit for the party should go to Especially Mr. Satish Chaudhary the Manager for recommending the menu & supervising the whole arrangements. I recommend this hotel for a splendid and admirable service ...And we wish all the very best to team and also to Manager Mr. Satish Chaudhary for building such a majestic team. We are so glad that we choose this venue for our celebrations.

Good food with nice rooms. Banquet is equipped with all facilities for business conferences to marriage. Nicely located on the highway along with ample car parking space. The kitchen is keep with very good chef, had an amazing breakfast for consecutive 3 days.

Neat, clean and spacious. My mother had her retirement party thrown in this hotel so I can only comment on the hall and the food. The food was better than I expected. The hall was clean and was able to incorporate 40-50 people. The bathroom for the hall was functional but could have been cleaner. Overall, I think it’s pretty okay!

Needs to improve their services and the rooms lack some basic amenities, which you will notice while your stay at the hotel. Food is not upto the mark and the prices are on the higher side.

This is very bad hotel. Don't even think to visit this hotel. Reasons are as below: 1. Dont provide good quality of food and complementary breakfast. You will get only poora bhajy or paratha but note it will be too oily. 2. Services are not good. You will get RO water in used mineral bottle. 3. They will not serve tea pouch, water kettle etc. if you ask them then they will charge. 4. No wi fi servics. they tried but not connected. 5. For this hotel, there are fake persons who will take your mony if booking online. 6. Doors are so drastic and unpainted. You can feel sound whenever you try to close. 7. Only single socket. you cant charge your mobile and laptop together. 8. you cant get hot water for bathing even after informing. 9. Totally unprofessional employees Hope, you will improve now onwards. I have seen feedbak of othter guests also. regards dharmendra

From outside it looks very good hotel but once you enter room you started thinking to leave. Rooms are not maintained and cleaned properly . Room service is very very poor . Food is also ok only.

Place is not 5 star but it’s charged very high price im mentioned our bill for 10 tawa roti 1plane dal 1salade 1 water bottle And he charge me very high price Mens washroom door is broken dustbin is full no maintenance So why this charge this amount

Had a wonderful experience of attending engagement ceremony at this place. Place was good and located on the popular Delhi Saharanpur highway. Washrooms, were however, a little messy.
