Fine place to have a stay at the hotel. Nice surroundings with all basic facilities. Staff is cooperative and nice. Management is excellent and the service too. Charges were nearly fair but according to the current status a good deal. Overall, it was a fine hotel. Not too high, not too low. If you're looking for a good stay, a nice place to stay in it.

Worst place to stay, Hotel owner was asking a difference of amount with room tariff and amount we have paid to goibibo..Hotel management and even owner was arrogant and mannerless. He was not ready to give room and we have wait for more then 2 hours and got room at 12.30 in night.. Service was also disturbing as water tab was not working and we got ready in another room. It was my worst experience with this hotel and the management.Please be careful while making your booking with this hotel.Rgds

I has happy with my stay at the Hotel suryalok. It is very close to saharanpur railway station (about a three minute walk) clean, with friendly staff. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Really, no complaints - I would stay there again and recommend it to others

Requires a bit maintaince in Management and sanitation of the hotel and the service. Charges were nearly fair but cud have been lessened according to the current status. Overall, it was a fine hotel. Not too high, not too low. If you're looking for a appropriate stay, there's no issue with it.

worst service provider don't book your marriage or any party here they don't have capability to organize any function you will spoil your function by book this hotel.very very poor service behavior food

Average service as per hotel rates, food qualities and quantity normal ... Yes, they provide wifi, but speed not so good. Hotel services is good.

The hotel is situated approximately 100 meters from Saharanpur Railway station. Rooms are ok to stay for a night. The hotel is very close to Standard Sweets (one of the good restaurants in Saharanpur). I found better option of this hotel and that is Hotel President which is situated opposite to Standard Sweets.

I had a meeting with clients very poor sevice. Staff was rude .Food was not good . The owner was talking abusively when we told about their staff behaviour I suggest not to go to this place n tell maximum people about this
