Guys!! I spent two days in this hotel and trust me all the comments posted here are huax only. Everything is so well organised here from parking to billing via room and services each and every complaint mentioned here are fake. First of all I would like to give Kudos to the man behind its structure. I don't know the exact plot dimensions but I think it's quite a smaller one but still the way they have constructed such a great and specious hotel. Now coming to the rooms and other stuff then they have: 1️⃣ Well equipped room with TV, Gysear, AC, intercom, queen size bed(for single guest), cupboard cum table and one wall length mirror. 2️⃣ The Gysear works 24*7 you come and switch it on that's it and if not just tell the reception to switch it on, they'll fix the supply in jif. And the amount it provides is two bucket full of super boiling water. 3️⃣ They have in house kitchen to serve you meal from 7to11. The quantity they serve is verrrrry much satisfactory and it justifies the price they quote for it. 4️⃣ I ordered chicken biryani then send it full of chicken+ they use two boiled eggs to garnish it one on top and one used in inner fillings + the salad they send was quite enough. 5️⃣ They took 15-20 minutes maximum to deliver order as they coock just after the call. 6️⃣ One thing I don't like is that there is no sign boards for directions though it is not really required but people like me who are week in directions need some help special in such layered structure. Uncle please fix this. 8️⃣ The parking is quite clean and there is nothing called as #filth. See Saharanpur is now a smart City whole city is being under-construction so dust, mud, are normal. Totally a waste of money food quality is very poor. I would suggest not to waste your money and time booking here.

Rooms are very spacious and location is near clock tower(very crowded area but near local market)..Food is really delicious.

This hotel is nice enough to visit, but room service I experienced here is the worst. They we called them for something but their were no response from them. Am very disappointed with the room services. Hope they will improve this soon. Rest rooms were good and others things were also nice. Good space and another problem we faced here, was the parking space were not that good.

I was there for my friends sangeet. It's such a great venue with polite staff, nice behavioir, affordable prices and great service. Location is also on main road. You can definitely consider this venue for your functions. Food was also very tasty and main part is parking. Both sides. Being located near ghanta ghar, it has front n back parking (ample space)

Staff is arrogant specially boys working having a unknown attitude back side rooms are like garbage smelly and their washroom is soo Yukkk I didn’t use it too many bad things about this hotel nothing good if you are old you to go by stairs as lift is only on back side this is not for elderly people

One of the worst hotel, my advice not to stay in such a pathetic hotel we book the 10 rooms for our guests but reach no one was there to receive i my self went to call the owner even he intentionally came after 15-20 min, i had to drag a chairs for my guest as they were senior citizens.. The owner was so rude and he is a big lier the lift were not working from past 4 days but he didn’t inform us and was telling the lier that it will start working after 5 min and 10 min pehle he kuch problem aai hain but one of his staff only told us ke madam ye 4 din se nhi chal rahi ( lift is not working from past 4 days ) … bcz of lift problem many guest were not able to attend the function even when as when will will start working he was very rude with the guest…. The rooms were not at all clean … even room service was horrible… list can go on but in short If you dnt want to spoil ur holiday or ur party dnt book this hotel

Yes. Nice hotel to stay in Saharanpur. I personally stayed in this hotel. Good spacious AC rooms with prompt room service. All good restaurants are situated nearby. Not only restaurants, ATMs, ice cream parlours, sweet shops, chat samosa shops, lassi shops etc. etc. are situated within 50 meters.

We booked this place for a small get-together for a family function gathering of around 90 people for new year's eve on 31st December 2022. This place is messy, dirty and smelly. Hygiene is zero, bad washrooms. The owner won’t listen to you at all, after meeting him personally he will repeat the same lines again and again. In a meeting of 5 minutes, he repeated more than 50 times “meri baat sun” Why should I listen to him, I’m a customer he should listen to us. He forces me to take extra decor services as per his own opinion without listening to me. I was sure that my taste doesn’t match his choices but I still agreed because he was overconfident about his arrangements which ultimately resulted in a waste of money. To be honest I’m disappointed with all his promises. He thinks he is providing the best services at a reasonable price, I agree prices are reasonable but it’s better not to waste your single penny for such services. Worst food quality, worst behaviour from all staff. DJ was below average, some random underage kid was playing songs which are out of trend and no one listens to those songs in 2022/2023. Very boring playlist he was playing sad songs. Our 30 guests went without eating food because the food was not ready. I won’t recommend anyone to book this place.

It seems they are ignoring care of customers because of their prominent location. Overall, room was fairly good as per price but service was terrible.

It is dirty no cleanliness, Services are very poor, Leaky taps , No hooks in bathroom, If you are staying in room for more than a day nobody will come to clean your room periodically. The doors are sticky, Washroom were not in good condition If you are coming to the hotel late night you have to rely on someone to get the doors open We can get lot of amenities in 3500/- room in Delhi NCR but here we get 0 amenities. It's just another 500-600/- room of which they are charging 3500/- I wish to give 0 star to this hotel. Please think twice before booking a room at Hotel President

Location: Near to Bus stop and Railway station but crowded and not scenic. Rooms: So so Parking: no proper parking available.
