One of the best hotel in Saharanpur. Very polite staff. Good and fast room service. Large lobby area with comfortable rooms and classy furniture.

Not good for couples. Room service is slightly slow. Blanket and quilt quality is bad. One good rule is they don't allow unmarried couples. For married couples they ask for proof. At this price good hotel near Sahararanpur railway station.

This is the best hotel in city .... hygiene and clearliness wise ... other hotels are cheap if you compare this ... but believe me you wont regret spending evry penny here ... and most of all you wont face parking problems.. atleast i didnt .. But if have to chose between this and any other thn go for it ...

Great service...they don't have a kitchen so sometimes getting food in time is an issue but their service is great...would love to visit again.

Use less hoteling , in fact it is glorified guest house. I used to be on and off here here, because of my farm close by. No more. I stayed on day , told them that I will extend one more day , in 45 minutes send me three reminders to pay 900 rs in cash only. .. When asked , the clerk fired me , that I am not your Gulam , to wait for your money it is your duty. .. And we don't want you here get out. .. All staff is insipid as if suffering from constipation. .. Any way I am too experienced a traveller. .. I believe they don't get their wages on time. .. Hoteling no way. Just avoid .. Go to any prakash and meet smiling faces at half price .. Avoid , the management should have been in Rikshaw business. Avoid Capt Anil 'Shandilya
